Hebrews 9:28 "So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

1 John 1 just confirms John 1:1 ... see that manifestation was in flesh, as a babe. but his Parousia in glorified is yet to happen.

Acts 10:1 "There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,

Acts 10:2 "A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

Acts 10:3 "He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.

Acts 10:4 "And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

as in your scripture above, this gentile name was written in the book of Life. see Malachi 3:16-18

it makes no difference of the clouds, but of his "coming".

but anyway, Daniel 7:13 "I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him"

Revelation 14:14 "And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle".

Now one more,
Hebrews 12:1 "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us".

Now which cloud are you speaking of? take your time and figure it out.

“a memorial before God” odd I was up late the other night as that was brought up and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Matthew 26:13 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

May want to also consider your chronology, theres 1000 year reign that has to take place prior to this.
