My Uncle Jim had a grocery shop and made ice cream. They had a large and very noisy fridge in the covered yard that I was scared to pass on my way to the loo. Ha - it was so scary to a small girl.

They were kinda noisy! But I thought the peddle opener was pretty cool.

Her piano. She played the organ for a Catholic Church for 43 years. She was a wonderful spirit filled woman. Never a bad word to say about anyone and had every single fruit of the spirit exhibited! My mom was just like her although, my mom left the CC for a born again protestant Church when I was 12...never saw her so happy! Gram wasn't too keen on it though, lol.

I remember the old wash board, the washing machine with the rollers...... and later on my uncles beer bottles that I was for ever pouring down the drain.
Ha! I remember once many years ago when my wife and daughter did that to all of my beer bottles. Believe me it hurt at the time.
