Through it all, stock and financial markets are paralyzed. The more the policy regime does, the worse the outlook gets. The multi-ringed spectacle raises a disturbing question in many minds: Is this the end of America?Probably not, if only because there are good reasons for optimism. The U.S. economy has pulled out of self-destructive political spirals in the past, spurred on by its business class and corporate leaders, the profit-making and market-creating people who rose above the political turmoil to once again lift the world out of financial crisis. It’s happened many times before, except for once, when it took 20 years to rise out of the Great Depression.Past success, however, is no guarantee of future recovery, especially now when there are daily disasters and new indicators of political breakdown. All developments are not disasters in themselves. The AIG bonus firestorm is a diversion from real issues , but it puts the ghastly political classes who make U.S. law on display for what they are: ageing self-serving demagogues who have spent decades warping the U.S. political system for their own ends. I do think this is the End of the America as we all knew it. Doesn't mean I think we fall off the earth ...But the cause and supposed cures they have given us are all based in Greed and taking away rights of the people Anddoing away with the idea in God we trust..And the U.S. was blessed because it was based in Godly principles. God will NOT bless the direction this country is going in ... If he has to take it to its knees before picking it up thats what he will do and we are headed for our knees.Have no doubt there is shaking up coming ...but remember Gods in control keep your mind on him and you will be fine

That first beast consists of world powers and leaders. Is the one head that receives the deadly wound us, America in this financial crisis? If yes and we recover then it will be under power of the beast. Of course the nations are already under his power...that first beast has been in operation for a long time. My point is, if this is the deadly wound then we are very close to the arrival of the second beast. Rather one believes he's right or wrong he is the biggest Tax raiser in history. America will end when all countries do, at the end of time. However, it can and will change.I believe that the financial crisis was planned in order to realign the world away from America and towards Asia. Capitalism does not care where it makes it money. If you think that capitalists care about you or America then you have a shock coming to you.America has not been a manufacturing nation for some time. It is a consumer nation, but both production and consumption patterns are shifting towards Asia. How do you deliver the bad news that the dream is over? You manufacture a crisis. The problem is that either nobody has told Obama or he is deliberately playing into their hands. I think the latter.The current economic stimulus which drives up debt is predicated on there being a recovery, but there is no guarantee that this will be the case. America can only borrow if the Chinese and others with foreign exchange reserves continue to buy treasury notes and the dollar stays strong. If the dollar collapses all bets are off. The Chinese and others will cut and run. This is why all of the talk about a global currency and the dollar losing its reserve status. The Chinese want assurance from America that the dollar will stay strong or else they will stop using it. If they do then America is in big trouble. What has happened so far will look mild. How do you spell banana republic? That is why the U.S. military is buying riot equipment. Just in case.At the very least most Americans can count on a lower standard of living. The gap between the rich and poor will become very large. The middle class is almost extinct now and that is what kept the dream alive. Think back to the early twentieth century before Henry Ford started paying huge wages so that his workers could afford his product. That's what America will look like.Could America recover? You can't reverse changes that have happened. There is no infrastructure to rebuilt the manufacturing base. Are workers willing to work for what Korean workers are paid? Maybe someday, but not in the short term. Which is why I say this crisis was planned. It was meant to deliver a shock to the system and it did, but the shocks may not be over.
