there is a promise there. If we will acknowledge it. Why does it connect as a scarlet thread to “thorns” which they placed upon his head in mocking and “he who is lifted up will be abased, and he who is low shall be exalted” Paul said he knew how to be both abased and abounding. How does it connect to Job and God saying do all this and then say your right hand can save you.

Elsewhere, as I said, some said it could mean strength, which would also read interestingly of this unholy trio...strength (of man/opposition), but God is good, and sends violent showers.
So, it's not extremely important I guess, but very interesting to me that their names seem to tell a story of what God will do...

Sanballat, I believe, is of Persian origin. We would have to look up his name according to his own language. Someone has guessed,

The Communists, the so-called Socialists, as well as the so-called Progressives and Left-liberals are the Sanballats of today all over the world, including America and Canada.
Which would also fit in with the names of those 3 men telling what was happening - sin has come to life, God is good, strong showers.
I kind of have to chuckle that every definition of sanballats name that men have come up with fits...

Satraps were local rulers appointed by the king to govern individual provinces. Their job was to enforce law and order, and to collect taxes and tributes. They worked with Persia's army commanders to defend the empire's frontiers from enemy attack.
I wonder if those that tried to warn others of the Conspiracy were labeled as 'Conspiracy Theorists'.
