So, let's discuss the three groups of people. The three I know of are. I hope I got these correct."Fertile soil" Who takes and grows from the word of God"Rocky soil" Who recieves the word with joy but is quickly overcome by the cares of this world"Sandy soil" Who the devil steals the word from before he even recieves it.You mentioned before about Gentiles, Jews, and Greeks. Please explain your understandings of the three and how maybe they're different. I like what I've read from almost all of your posts, i'm very interested in reading on this subject.

Okay, I see that, but why is this important? The way the families were blessed was through Jesus, who's lineage comes straight from Israel. Paul seems to me to be addressing people by calling himself a hebrew, not that there is anything more special about him, but to show that he understands what the Hebrew converts are going through trying to understand, also to show that even a Hebrew can be saved, despite some beliefs that Salvation has been given to the gentiles. You seem to be implying there's something different about a Jew that is saved?

Actually, Christ has two lineage. One came from his legal guardian Joseph, which came from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob ... David etc. The other is His mother Mary.... which obviously came down all the way back to Adam.Christ has a lineage of race and grace. His own is Judah and His own receive Him not. (John 1:11) The grace lineage is Israel. His own does not believe that Christ is the Messiah.... of course some Jews today knows that Christ is the Messiah that receive Him into their heart as Lord and Saviour and are saved by grace. To them that doesn't know Christ are to preserve the Lse.

That's what I'm getting. I'm trying to understand the importance of "the 3 types" of people. It's looking to me that people are expecting that the Jews will get something more or better than we have.I really don't mean to be argumentative about anything. It sometimes takes alot for me to understand things. I look at everything in a different angle than almost anybody else. (Or so I'm told)

What you have said here defiantly are three groups of people, but that was not what I have in mind when I started this subject. I want to focus on the Jews and Nations. We have to realize that the whole Bible is for us, the Church, but the whole Bible is not about the Church. If we read something is the Bible and just say that is for me and it is actually for the Jews or the Gentiles we can end up with a false doctrine and that is what is happening in the Church for ages.
Hello, I find it interesting that you would make that commit after reading the entire bible and studying it. The scholars of some colleges speak that, I disagree with that teaching completely. I am very well read in the bible. I read the patriarchs along with other people our Lord mentions through out th bible starting with Adam will be in the coming kingdom of God here on earth, the promises have been made to each dispensation to gather people for God for HIS JOY and for HIM to gift with eternal lifeMalachi 3:17 They will be MINE, says the Lord Almighty, in the day when I make up my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man spares his son who serves him. Who ever has served the Lord through out creation will be given the same promise as we all have been given, eternal life, as these verse clarify for us, by God speaking this. Isa 44:5 One will say, I belong to the LORD; another will call himself by the name of Jacob, STILL ANOTHER will write on his hand, 'the Lord's and take the name Israel. These three groups Abel fits in from the beginning of the earth, the Lord has been creating his treasured possessions, to place his tent over them, giving eternal life to them he has given to us all as a gift to us all for none of us are deserving. We are called his church the body of believers, but, we receive the promise of eternal life along with the other two groups who have been promised this same gift. Every human being created who has served God from the beginning of his being born flesh that has served the Lord will be his treasured possession at his coming and the dead are raised incorruptible just like we will be. . God chose to speak about some of these men through out the different dispensations. The verses of the bible speak to us all, who ever reads them. The promise of God for his treasured possession in the Kingdom he will set up at his coming is for all of those since Adam who have been chosen out of. Many are called but few are chosen. God has chosen people out of each dispensation, covenant he has made with every generation, God's work is so much greater than we grasp. Every word spoken, every promise given to the Jew is given to the Gentile believers as well. Though, God will give certain land to each bloodline as their inheritance as he promised the remnant of Judah the land near the sea and the city of Askelon, which is still named that today. The Gentiles have a land reserved for them also in the Holy City Jerusalem that has been designated to us. I think it is very important to understand the promises given to all of God's children, starting from Adam to the Gentile grafted in, is all the same promise. The O.T tells us of the promises that is spoke about to the Jews is to the Gentiles in the N.T. There is no separation in the gift of eternal life to all who have served God in each dispensation,or covenant established by God. In Christ's loveVickie

I agree that we must take the whole Bible in context not just verse's it all fits together like a puzzle it all reinforces and complements each other ...but I don't agree with some of your conclusions.. if Im understanding them .... For one thing Judah (Jews )(living in S. Israel made up of Judah Benjamin and a few Levites) is always listed separately from Israel (living in N. Israel made up 10 lost tribes) Christian Nations ...God in fact divorced Israel (northern tribes) not Judah ..(southern tribes) ..... The scepter remained with Judah (Jews) a remenaut to preserve the Law the birthright went to Joseph (his sons Empriam and Mannash) These two sticks are divided ...two branches Jew and Christian (w/gentile grafted in) often called Judah and Israel or Joseph(w/Ephraim and Mannash) These two sticks/branches are not rejoined until Christs coming (Eze 37:16-20) So we have Judah ...Israel...gentile (grafted into the two sticks.

Are you joking me its written from Gen to Rev. the fact you can not see it doesnt make wrong. Abraham was to be the father of many nations ..... Theres 100's of threads on here proving it ... along with history ...so be careful what you label as herisey I never said anything about replacement theology I said the 12 tribes are divided into two sticks just as scripture says.. That isnt replacement theoolgy so please get your facts straight. The Sceptre shall not depart from Judah, etc." Gen. 49:10. "For Judah prevailed above his brethren, and of him comes the chief ruler [prince]; but the Birthright is Joseph's," 1 Chron. 5:2. JACOB'S SEED DIVIDED INTO TWO KINGDOMS When Boaz took Ruth the Moabitess for a wife, the people who were assembled prayed for her, saying: "The Lord make thee like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel." The fact that these two women, as the wives of Jacob, were the builders of the house of Israel, would of necessity divide the immediate household of Jacob into two families. Hence the pertinency of the question: "Considerest thou not the two families which the Lord hath chosen?" (Jer. 33:24). http://reluctant-messenger.com/judahs_sceptre_104.htmWhole House of Israel (all 12 tribes /sometimes called Jacob) is the church the bride made up of Jews, and Christians (w/gentiles grafted in) all who follow Christ are the Bride the true church . However this will not happen until the Husband(Christ) returns for his Bride (joins the two sticks) EZE.37

While there are only two groups of people in the Old Testament, in the New Testament there are three groups of people. 1 Corinthians 10:32 we see that Paul is referring to these three groups. “Give none offence, neither to the Jews (Israelites), nor to the Gentiles (Nations), nor to the church of God”.In Jesus, God made one new man, the Church, from the two groups of people, and that become the third group.Ephesians 2:14-22 14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. 19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. In the New Testament we find the third group the “Ecclesia”, the Church. We are part of the “Ecclesia” and we have to know what the Bible speaks about us and what part speaks about the “Goyim”, the Nations and some of the Bible speaks about the Israelites, the Hebrews. The entire Bible we have to read, study and know as it is for us, but it is not all about us.
To say that there is two groups in the OT and three groups in the NT creates a contradiction. The Gentiles (Israel) and Jews (Judah) that accept Christ as Messiah and have Him take over their lives are saved by grace makes up the Church. Those of Judah not know Christ as Messiah are to preserve the Law and the remnant of them will be saved.

You are misinterpting The church, the Bride, the Whole house of Israel (judah (jews) Christians w/gentiles (Israel), all 12 tribes (Jacob),The Body of Christ are all the same thing there is no seprate church Ephesians 2:12 "That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world."Until Jesus Christ died on the cross, that is exactly how we were. That was the purpose of Christ's death, He went immediately to those who were prisoners in the grave, who had no hope, or any way to free themselves. There He preached the same message of salvation to them that we now have today, and salvation was made available all the way back to Noah. Ephesians 2:13 "But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ."If anyone should love Jesus Christ, it would be the Gentiles in the flesh. Now through the blood of Jesus Christ we can all enter into that heavenly place.Ephesians 2:14 "For he is our peace, Who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;"The partition in the old Temple separated the Israelites [Jews] from the Gentile. At Christ's death on the cross, the earth shook, and the vial in the Temple was split in two, as recorded in Matthew 27:51. All barriers came down that blocked any person from approaching God through His Son, Jesus Christ. That wall of separation, separated the outer court from the inner court, and a Gentile could not walk past that wall. God's approach was through the holy of Holies, in the inner court, and the forgiveness of sins was only possible through the blood sacrifices offered there. When Jesus shed His blood, all the blood sacrifices ended. Jesus Christ was the only sacrifice necessary to cover all sin, both then and now. Jesus is now the Temple, and when we are in Christ we become part of that body of Christ, or Temple.Ephesians 2:15 "Having abolished in His flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in Himself of twain one new man, so making peace;"In other words; there is only one temple, one family, one way through Jesus Christ. If you think it means "the law doesn't matter anymore", your wrong. The key to the understanding of this verse is stated," contained in ordinances". There is a difference between "the law", and "ordinances within the law". This verse is directed to the ordinances of "blood sacrifice", also called "the daily sacrifices" that are within the law. These blood sacrifices are not required anymore. ever, because Jesus Christ's blood sacrificed on the cross satisfied completely that part of the law, before our Heavenly Father. Jesus was, and is the perfect sacrifice. See Hebrews 10.Ephesians 2:16 "And that He might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:"All that believe and follow Christ now have this access to their creator. That is scripture

I am not disagreeing to that we have the Nations Goyim if you prefer and God chose out a people the Hebrews/Jews and made a covenant with Abram and another with Abraham when he changed his name to Abraham and promised he would become the father of many Nations Where we differ is that God later split the the Hebrews/Israelites into two parts in the North was the 10 tribes called by several names in scripture Israel, Joseph, Ephraim but they are never ever called Judah .... Judah and Benjamin and some levites lived in the South of IsraelJudah and Israel often fought with each other Israel slipped in and out of idol worship .... God divorced Israel (the 10 Northern tribes)he kept Judah as the remnant to preserve the Law to this very day .... After the scattering the 10 tribes went North over the Caucasus Mt into Scotland Ireland across Europe and eventually America and became the Christian Nations we have forgotten who we are God has not Judah w/ Benjamin went to Egypt then migrated they stayed Jews (preserve the Law) they never became Christians they are still JewsThe only three Groups there are is Jew, (Judah) Christian,(Israel) and gentile believers (grafted in) All will make up the Bride All are the true Church it was the reason for Christs death to open salvation to all ......... Because the Goyim /gentile if you will is grafted in there are still only two groups Jew and Christian called Judah (Jews) and Israel (the church) ........All together are the Bride ...The Whole house of Israel /the Whole seed of Jacob reunited There is no separate church group made up of just goyim..... They, if they are believers, are grafted into Christ followers i.e, Christians who are the 10 lost tribes ............. THE WHOLE HOUSE OF ISRAEL (Jacob) is All the 12 tribes made of Jew, (Judah) Christians(10 tribes) w/gentile and that is exactly what scripture says from /Gen to Rev. I will say again ...It was Jacobs seed (the 12 tribes) that was cut in two parts (gentiles/ Goyim are grafted in) JACOB'S SEED DIVIDED INTO TWO KINGDOMS When Boaz took Ruth the Moabitess for a wife, the people who were assembled prayed for her, saying: "The Lord make thee like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel." The fact that these two women, as the wives of Jacob, were the builders of the house of Israel, would of necessity divide the immediate household of Jacob into two families. Okay, I think I'm starting to piece this all together. This is what I'm understanding from this study here. Bear with me on this.Firstly God split the tribes of Israel, or should I say nations or should I say houses.....Obviously there were gentiles from the beginning, But God divided the house of Israel, From Jacob came the nation of Israel. Now we have 2 groups, Jews and Gentiles. So, The original promise of greatness and salvation was for the Nation of Israel. The prophesy in the bible later on in the OT said that Israel will reject Jesus. And Israel had apparently gone astray from Gods original plan and command. The promises of God still stand, but it requires obedience. Later God said he'd make them envious of all nations,, (I take nations here as different tribes and countries both as one)Jesus was born and went to gather his people, but as prophesised they rejected him so God gave them the spirit of Slumber if they believed the prophesy wouldn't be fullfilled.Salvation was then offered to the Gentiles, (tribes, and countries, both meaning nations) So that fullfilled the early prophesies too. So, now born is the Church of Christ, consisting of Israel and Gentiles.Out of all this we get, as Paul was talking about, "Jews=original promise from God of salvation, having rejected it, still unsaved" " Gentiles=Everyone other than Jews, no original promise, still unsaved" " Church of Christ=Everyone that has accepted Christ, jew or gentile"I'm still not seeing any signifigance of why we're concerned with the 3 types. For the life of me I'm not seeing how this plays into prophesy. I'm still keeping watch on this, so please continue, and let me know where I'm going astray from the study at this point.
