When any person any where has the right focus or is making the right kind of search, God knows it and does not ignore it. This is seen clearly in the healing of the Syrian leper, Naaman who knew nothing of the God of the Israelites [see II Kings chaper 5]. God is not powerless or merciless. He leaves no heart that has real hope to be left hopeless.
