That is too broad brushed.

There is a lone God with a particular word and a particular, 1st century belief system that is our particular way to be saved.

It is called the Apostles doctrine.

It is our duty to obey their exact doctrines and have their exact experience to be considered part of that particular church.
Everyone agrees on the above.

People disagree on what that particular Truth is. One a forum where there are different Christian faith present, we can agree on the essentials, and disagree respectfully on the rest.

Or just try to convince someone else that you're right by repeatedly hitting them with a metaphorical baseball bat :p

Soooo, you actually believe that the NT writers wrote the Scripture on their own - without inspiration from God??

I don't know how you do it - but your posts manage to get more and more stupid as you go . . .
No silly, Holy men of old spoke by the Holy Ghost....

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The Apostles participated also...

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

....not the Pope.

That's the beauty of a forum.

We take whacks at each other to glean from each other.

Interesting - because back in post #1961, when you responded to @Jane_Doe22, who intimated the the Scriptures were the Word of God - YOU ignorantly stated:
God wrote the scriptures?
Why are they named Matt, Mark etc?
NOW, you're back-pedaling . . .

Soooooo, which is it??
IS God the Author of Scripture - or are Matthew, Mark, etc. - as YOU foolishly claimed??

That went over your head.

God used Matt, Mark etc., not the Pope.

Capeesh?

What?

You think the Pope wrote the N.T.?

You must, because it is still being written by him, hourly.....

RCC doctrine....

3 Do we POPE'S begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?

2 Ye are THE POPE'S epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by WE POPE'S, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward:

6 Who also hath made THE POPE'S able ministers of the new testament;...

.....As they rewrite scripture daily.

I'm going to disagree on the basic idea the (generic) you can argue somebody until choose to follow you to Heaven.

But whatever.
My concept is to get them to see Acts 2:38, not follow me.
I want folks to become born again into the Acts 2:38 church and make the Lord Jesus Christ their sole Shepherd, with no mini shepherds.

And if a person honestly & intensely studies scripture & prays, and comes to a conclusion different than yours, what shall you do?

Shall you tell them they're wrong and why they should believe as you do?
Or celebrate at their study/prayers in honest joy with their relationship with God?

If a person is honest with themselves and God, they will check out Acts 2:38 for themselves.

It is only my job to make sure it corners them with no way out.

....and there is no way out of obeying Acts 2:38.

As for relationship with God? It starts with Acts 2:38.

It did at Pentecost, so it does today.

And what will YOU do if their conclusion on some faith matter is different than yours?

I can do nothing but magnify Acts 2:38 for them.

As far as minor doctrinal matters, we chat about them but it usually get's steered back to Acts 2 somehow.

And what if you feel the disagreement is over a major doctrinal manner?
