what if there are evil principlaties that God cant quess

actually that may not be true.
Read Jeremiah 19:5 to learn that GOD had never thought that humans would burn their babies in a brass HOLOCAUST idol to Satan's imaginary god Baal-Moloch.
Also Genesis tells us that either He had never thought that His most bright and glorious angel would ever become devious enough to trick Eve into eating the fruit that would kill her - or He had immediately sensed when the thought entered Lucifer's head but decided to let him carry out his trick to see if Eve would be easily tricked.
As for other prinipalities - meaning evil angels- they are all confined to Earth where they are materialising as demons,poltergeists, UFO-aliens, Bigfoot, ghosts, wild animals or are actively posessing people to make them sick, paralysed, sin or lie about GOD, Jesus and the Bible truths.

I see nothing concrete to disprove God's omniscience.
Regarding the demons on earth, yes they are here. And God is fully aware of their plans IMO. But their authority is only what has been granted in response to humans submitting to them.
