But now to
@n2thelight, -- If you can't explain why we AREN'T, then why do you challenge that we ARE?!? With all your self asserted "
expertise" in Scriptural matters, are you like the FALSE religious "
experts" of Jesus' day who couldn't perceive that Jesus was the Messiah? And now with all your "
expertise" you can't perceive if we're in the Tribulation or not?
It seems you're more of a "
scoffer" than an "
expert".
Bobby Jo
Never claimed to be an expert ,but yet I know for a fact that we are not in the tribulation,if you respond do tell me why you think we are, as you did a great deflection job.
Here's why we are not
John 16:33 "These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."
Tribulation has always been in the world, however, the tribulation of satan has not come yet.
Now let me show you when it does
Revelation 12:7 "And there was war in heaven: Mi'-cha-el and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,,"
Revelation 12:8 "And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven."
Have you seen satan yet?
Revelation 12:9 "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Sa'-tan, which deceived the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
Satan's evil spirit is allowed on earth now, along with his demons. However, you haven't seen Satan in person yet. Satan and his angels, both physically and bodily, will come to earth just as they did in Genesis 6.
Matthew 24:15 "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whoso readeth, let him understand
"
This reverence to Daniel the prophet, Makes the book of Daniel part of the New Testament. This reference is directed to Daniel 9:27.
The "abomination" is when Satan stands in Jerusalem, and proclaims that he is God, and the world believes it. The "desolation" is an incorrect translation into the English, which should read "desolator", and Satan is the desolator that will make the claim that he is God, the true Christ. "Desolation" is a condition, in the Hebrew manuscripts it is written, "On the wings of the desolator," this is not a condition, but a entity, a person. It is through this individual, Satan that the abomination shall come from. It is the desolator [Satan] that shall cause all but the sealed of God, to become desolate, or deceived.
I can give you more, however do show why you think we are in the tribulation.
Another thing,do you know that there are two tribulations?
