Do you believe all are convicted of the Spirit at some point in their life?
I think that prevenient grace is much broader than many think. God shows himself in millions of ways. Just sitting by the ocean can be a spiritual experience. Now, if the person who experiences that wonder begins to seek out who is behind the beauty and wonder, the Spirit will continue to work, until the individual either finds the truth or rejects it in favor of some false religion or becomes cynical and atheistic. That's just one example. So, I believe God works in every heart to the point where they could discover the biblical truth.

Not really. It's relevant to the discussion, because calvinists see grace as irresistible, therefore in thier system, why would God convict anyone who he didn't cause to accept him? Yet the Spirit works on many who refuse him.
