I am depressed, I know because I been here before. I don't know what to do, all this talk about Whuan virus and the house arrest we are all on. I get okay, than I get mad (which I did this morning), and then depressed. I am more fearful of our freedoms as Americans getting ripped away and the easy way that we all gave in. I'm not scared about the virus I am scared about the death of the America I knew and loved. I know the platitudes, verses, and stuff I just want to vent. Thank you

1. There's nothing wrong with venting, as long as you see that as
temporary relief. That is why relief valves were invented.

There is no need to get depressed if you can get mad. There is such a thing as righteous anger, and Christians should be righteously angry that those who are elected to govern for good governance generally fail to do what is right. And hence we see this Wuhan virus mess. THere has been serious neglect on the part of governments in being prepared after all the pandemics which took place earlier.
There has also been an unconscionable waste of time and money by the evil Democrats who have been attempting to take down Trump since he took office (over THREE YEARS OF NONSENSE). No one has been prosecuted or taken to task for this gross dereliction of duty.

China had declared war on the free word (the West) when Mao came to power about 70 years ago. That war was never cancelled. Yet all Western politicians IGNORED that declaration of war, just as they IGNORED the Radical Islamist declaration of war which was made about 50 years ago.
The free world has paid for this gross negligence dearly.

Every action of China has been calculated to bring down the West and become the world's leading superpower. Therefore they have engaged in economic, technological, cyber, and biological warfare. They flooded the West with their agents, and very recently DHS found Chinese scientists entering the US with samples of virulent bacteria and viruses. They have also been plotting to control the South China Sea, Africa, Latin America, etc. while the US stood by.
5. To relieve your stress, you can send emails to all senators and congressmen and let them know that they have failed the country and ordinary citizens by their incompetence and self-serving policies.
Go one step further and ask them all to resign. If they were in private industry they would ALL BE FIRED.
6. You are correct that liberties which are guaranteed under the US Constitution are in great danger of being replaced with tyranny and totalitarianism in America.
The Democrat Party (which had no problem with Communist Bernie Sanders) would like to see all Americans in bondage to a handful of politicians, whose primary goal is to DESTROY AMERICA. President Trump seems to be falling into their trap, since he does not have any good advisers.
7. To maintain a positive attitude keep reminding yourself that
(1) God is still in control, (2) you have a job to do for Christ, (3) you can reach out to others electronically and encourage them, and (4) you can share the Gospel with people you communicate with. You can also use this time to study the Bible in greater depth and be firmly grounded in Scripture (including memorization).
