Well, if all true Christians agree on theology then there must be about three true Christians...
How beautiful it is (how rare too) , for brothers to dwell together in unity .....

Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is when ...
Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is when brothers live in harmony!
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity! A Song of Dregrees. Psalm 122:1 A Song of degrees of David. I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

There are false or twisted teachings that are the literal opposite of these verses, yet most Christians would rather believe those liberal teachings.
You continue to present yourself as one who exceeded even the apostle Paul's spirituality! Your false doctrine of sinless perfection (which would not even apply to you) is NOT supported by those verses. And no one teaches the OPPOSITE of those verses either.

The Scriptures I don't believe???

Right.

Given that you and I have discussed this a number of times . . . why do you find it meaningful to act as if I disbelieve Scriptures?

Do you Really think that there are parts of the Bible I don't believe??

Or, as we've discussed before, rather, that I believe they mean something different than what you think they mean?

Isn't the difference between us doctrinal, and not disbelief of Scripture?

But it does make me sound "less than" when you say that of me.

marks, just take each scripture by itself in a quote, and let's see if you believe what it says, or explain it away.

The Sons of Sceva
…14Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. 15Eventually, one of the evil spirits answered them, “Jesus I know, and I know about Paul, but you, who are you?” 16Then the man with the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. The attack was so violent that they ran out of the house naked and wounded.…

Do you believe the true Christian never sins?
That is what CL has been claiming all along. But according to Scripture that is PLAIN DISHONEST.

I JOHN 1
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [Dishonesty #1]

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10
If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.[Dishonesty #2]

Again, we've been around this one a lot.

But again there seems to be no one who will come right out and say, "I don't sin."

Much love!

Verses 8 and 10 are both about those who do not have Christ, and believe they don't sin, but do. Verse 9 is how to become a Christian.

Do you accept the challenge? Is the title true about you or not as you claim.

Actually, to be fair, she doesn't say that she doesn't sin, only that she doesn't commit a certain catagory of sins, while there are others sins that she might commit.

Much love!

I'm not one who claims sinlessness.

I'm saying most people do not believe those scriptures. That is the challenge, to disprove those scriptures. And without using scriptures that describe the unsaved before Christ and how they fulfill the lust of the flesh. Like @Enoch111 just did. 1 Corinthians 14:38

I'm saying that if you truly believe what you claim these verses mean, then be clear about it, and verify that you commit no sins of any kind. In Him is NO sin, so if that's what it means, then share with us all that you do not commit sins. Any sins.

Let's start from there.

Not to mention . . . your presupposition in your post here is that to disprove you would be to disprove the Scriptures.

Those Scripture mean what they say, but that's not necessarily the same thing as you say.

I have no interest in this supposed "disproving the Scriptures".

No, that has been done. This is my post and I want to know how many people do NOT believe those scriptures, or are even aware they are in the Bible, because they certainly are not taught in many churches today. Is this time in history the great falling away, because it sure seems like a time of pure ignorance of the Word of God.

And if it turns out that there are NONE who claim sinlessness, maybe that's because we really do know what God says about it, and maybe this interpretation isn't quite right after all.

excerpt:
"Experiencing the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Broadly speaking, a Christian who has not yet experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit is rather vague about the reality of the spiritual realm. He is like the servant of Elisha whose eyes were closed to that sphere. He may receive instructions from the Bible, yet his understanding is confined to the mind because he still lacks revelation in his spirit.

But upon experiencing the baptism his intuition becomes acutely sensitive and he discovers in his spirit a spiritual world opening before him. By the experience of the baptism in the Holy Spirit he not only touches the supernatural power of God but contacts God’s Person as well.

Now it is just there that spiritual warfare begins. This is the period when the power of darkness disguises himself as an angel of light and even attempts to counterfeit the Person and the work of the Holy Spirit. It is also the moment when the intuition is made aware of the existence of a spiritual domain and of the reality of Satan and his evil spirits. The Apostles were taught in the Scriptures by the Lord after Calvary; but they were made conscious of the real existence of a spiritual realm following Pentecost. Spirit-baptism marks the starting point of spiritual warfare."
Baptism of Water and the Holy Spirit - Watchman Nee
Baptism of Water and the Holy Spirit
"John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost" (John 11.15). No mention of water or method of baptism, just the Holy Spirit baptizing.
"Having been buried with him in baptism, wherein ye were also raised with him through faith in the working of God" (Col. 2.12)."

Been there, done that. How do you get away with twisting these scriptures to mean something that what they clearly say?
