1) Is making love with your wife and using protection a sin? (sex for the purpose of pleasure)2) Is making love with your significant other a sin? (not married)3) If you have a male to male sexual encounter is it anymore of a sin then a male to female encounter for purely pleasurable reasons?

I think these are interesting verses...Genesis 2:18 ESV Then the LORD God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him."Genesis 2:24 ESV Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.1 Corinthians 6:18 ESV Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.Revelation 2:20 ESV But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols.1 Kings 21:11 ESV And the men of his city, the elders and the leaders who lived in his city, did as Jezebel had sent word to them. As it was written in the letters that she had sent to them,

Well Kadu 2. Youre calling yourself a Christian and youre asking if sex with your wife using a condom is ok? Youre asking of having sex with someone while you are unmarried is a sin and youre asking if you have a homosexual encounter is it a greater sin than a forbidden male/female sexual sin? There is nothing in scripture forbidding the use of condoms. Fornication is forbidden therefore its a sin. Homsexuality is a sin, its damning effects are equal too or greater than heterosexual sins. Question # 3 points to the fact that in God's eyes, sin is sin.People who speak out against Gay Marraige or homosexual activity sometimes forget that God is just as disturbed with adultery/infidelity within marraige and sexual activity between an unmarried man and woman.

I laugh at the thought that using a condom is for pleasure! But alas,

Nowhere in the Bible does it tell people not to use condoms. Oddly, it doesn't mention anything about condoms, or birth control. Do you know why? Because those things did not exist back then! So, to find your answer to that question, you will have to consult the Lord and He will answer you through His Spirit.

If you are not married and you have any sexual contact, it is fornication and is a sin. Even masturbation is an unlawful sexual act. As Paul says in 1 Corinthians 7 that it is better to get married than to fall into fornication. He said he can handle being unmarried because he was in control of his passions, but if they (The Corinthians) could not keep in control, they should marry.

Homosexuality is the same sin as fornication, though it carried a heavier penalty under the law of Moses. The scriptures describe it as unnatural and vile due to its complete departure from the plan of God to people the Earth. In our day they want to pretend that its normal, but it isn't. It's a temptation like all other temptations and it needs to be avoided at all costs if you plan to be in God's presence.

If you are married, the bed is undefiled. If you are covered by grace, you're covered.

If taking pleasure itself was sin, then God would not have made sex pleasurable. In fact even food is pleasurable because of our taste buds. These things are necessary in order to help us (and other species) survive and bear fruit. God is not against them. In my case, my wife is past menopause and cannot bear children. But we still have sexual desires. Paul indicated that marriage partners should not abstain from sex for too long so that our desires do not cause temptation. Sexual urge and pleasure is natural and God-given. In fact, it is surely the most intimate contact we make in relationship. As the bible says, it causes us to become one flesh. It is not to be denied in the marriage bed, which is undefiled. If condoms in this context were a sin, then what about getting tubes tied? Is it sin to control the number of offspring we have in this day and culture? If a family has more children than they can afford to feed, then they all suffer. Is that loving? Wisdom is justified by her children ( which means, it is justified by the results.)

The flesh profits nothing. To live for and serve the flesh is death. Those who are worthy to obtain the resurrection from the dead and the catching up to meet the lord in the air at His return neither marry nor are given in marriage. This is scripture and part of the gospel of Christ.
.

Luke 20
35 But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; 36 nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

Matthew 19
11 But He said to them, "All cannot accept this saying, but only those to whom it has been given:
12 For there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother's womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He who is able to accept it, let him accept it."

Luke 18
22 So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him, "You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."

Yes I know that verse, so try again. Spilling his semen on the ground was not the sin, the sleeping with his brother's wife was the sin and he was killed for it. It isnt talking about birth control or condoms. I guess some could interpret it as birth control, but as we know, scripture is not for your private interpretation

God's plan for sex was to allow it inside marriage any other way is against God and is sin. All sin is onthe same level to God.
