(CLV) Ec 1:9
What occurred once, it shall occur again, And what was done, it shall be done again. There is nothing at all new under the sun.

(CLV) 1Jn 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we may be keeping His precepts. And His precepts are not heavy,

(CLV) Dt 30:10
when you hearken to the voice of Yahweh your Elohim to observe His instructions and His statutes, the ones written in this scroll of the law, once you return to Yahweh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.

(CLV) Dt 30:11
For this instruction that I am enjoining on you today, it is neither too difficult for you, nor is it too far off.

(CLV) Dt 30:12
It is neither in the heavens for you to say: Who shall ascend to the heavens for us and take it for us and announce it to us that we may do it?

(CLV) Dt 30:13
Nor is it across the sea for you to say: Who shall cross across the sea for us and take it for us and announce it to us that we may do it?

(CLV) Dt 30:14
For the word is exceedingly near to you, in your mouth and in your heart, to do it.

(CLV) Dt 30:15
See! I have set before you today life and good, death and evil.

(CLV) Dt 30:16
If you should hearken to the instructions of Yahweh your Elohim that I am enjoining on you today, to love Yahweh your Elohim, to walk in His ways and to observe His instructions, His statutes and His ordinances, then you will live and multiply, and Yahweh your Elohim will bless you in the land where you are entering to tenant it.

Of course, there is also the other side of the coin (for I believe that the translation used by @HARK! is faulty):

Act 15:1, And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
Act 15:2, When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.
Act 15:3, And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.
Act 15:4, And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them.
Act 15:5, But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.
Act 15:6, And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.
Act 15:7, And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
Act 15:8, And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;
Act 15:9, And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
Act 15:10, Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
Act 15:11, But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

but to write an epistle to them to be abstaining from ceremonial pollution with idols, and prostitution, and what is strangled, and blood.

Leviticus 17
7 No longer shall they sacrifice their sacrifices to hairy goat-demons after whom they have been prostituting. An eonian statute shall this become for them throughout their generations. 8 To them you shall say:Any man from the house of Israel or from the sojourners who sojourn in your midst who should offer an ascent offering or a sacrifice 9 and not bring it to the opening of the tent of appointment to offer it to Yahweh, that man will be cut off from his kinsmen. 10 As for any man from the house of Israel and from the sojourners sojourning in your midst who should eat any blood, I will set My face against the soul eating blood, and I will cut him off from among his people, 11 for the soul of the flesh, it is in the blood, and I Myself have assigned it to you to make a propitiatory shelter over your souls on the altar; for the blood, in the soul it makes a propitiatory shelter. 12 Therefore I say to the sons of Israel:No soul at all of you shall eat blood; nor shall the sojourner sojourning in your midst eat blood. 13 Any man from the sons of Israel and from the sojourners sojourning in your midst who hunt a game animal or a flyer which may be eaten will pour out its blood and cover it with soil, 14 for the soul of all flesh is its blood; as its soul is it. So I said to the sons of Israel:The blood of any flesh you shall not eat, for the soul of all flesh, it is its blood. Everyone eating it shall be cut off.

Are you being purposefully vague? I am uncertain of what you are trying to convey by this.

John pulled that out of Deuteronomy concerning the Ger Toshav.

(CLV) Mt 22:36
"Teacher, what is the great precept in the law?"

(CLV) Mt 22:37
Now He averred to him, "You shall be loving the Lord your God with your whole heart, and with your whole soul, and with your whole comprehension.

(CLV) Mt 22:38
This is the great and foremost precept.

(CLV) Mt 22:39
Yet the second is like it: `You shall be loving your associate as yourself.'

(CLV) Mt 22:40
On these two precepts is hanging the whole law and the prophets."

(CLV) Dt 6:5
So you will love YHWH your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your intensity.

(CLV) Lv 19:18
You shall not avenge nor shall you be resentful against the sons of your people. You will love your associate as yourself: I am YHWH.

Indeed, loving the Lord our God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength is the first and greatest commandment; and the 2nd is like it, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

This is the teaching of Jesus Christ.

Now Paul pointed out that we receive the Spirit of God through faith in Christ (Galatians 3:14);

And that the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts through the Spirit (Romans 5:5).

This love is the fulfilling of the righteousness of the law within us (Romans 13:8-10, Galatians 5:14, Romans 8:4).

It is the spirit of the law (the love of Jesus Christ) that we are obedient to as Christians (Romans 7:6).

We are no longer bound by the letter (Romans 7:6, 2 Corinthians 3:6).

Everything you posted came from Paul.

Here is what YHWH says about loving him:

From Decalogue
(CLV) Ex 20:6
yet showing benignity to thousands, to those loving Me and observing My instructions.

Here is what Yahshua says:

(CLV) Jn 14:15
If you should be loving Me, you will be keeping My precepts.

I suspect that was YHWH speaking through him.

Everything you posted came from Paul.

And, in your opinion, is Paul not a valid source of sound doctrine?

(CLV) 1Jn 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we may be keeping His precepts. And His precepts are not heavy,

1Jo 5:3, For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

The primary factor being that if we are filled with the love of God through what it says in Romans 5:5, the commandments of the Lord are not grievous; because love is involved.

Kind of like when a little girl was seen carrying her little brother and someone asked her, isn't your brother heavy? Why aren't you complaining?

To which she answered, "he's not heavy; he's my brother!"

Whereas if she had been carrying something of equal weight that was not the object of her love, it would have indeed grievous for her to try to carry it.

I just want my point to be clear to the readers.

Paul writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

YHWH, Yahshua, and John break it down in no ambiguous terms.

The verse in question tells us that Paul's writings are in fact scripture.

Therefore if you can understand them, they are in fact profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16).

(CLV) Dt 8:2
And you will remember all the way which Yahweh your Elohim caused you to go these forty years in the wilderness, that He might make you humble, to probe you so as to know what is in your heart, whether or not you shall observe His instructions.

(CLV) Dt 8:3
So He made you humble and let you hunger; then He fed you with the manna which neither you had known, nor had your fathers known, that He might make you realize that not on bread it alone shall the human live, for by every utterance from the mouth of Yahweh shall the human live.

I will say this: that a man is not born again by observing the works of the law.

Tit 3:3, For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
Tit 3:4, But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Tit 3:5, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Tit 3:6, Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
Tit 3:7, That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

We are in all reality justified by grace and not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Does this mean that we do not do works? No; for we have been created in Jesus unto good works which the Lord hath beforehand appointed us to walk in (Ephesians 2:10).

If anyone is born again, they have the love of God dwelling in them (Galatians 3:14, Romans 5:5).

And this love is always practical (1 John 3:17-18); a love that expresses itself in action (1 Thessalonians 1:3).

A person is, again, not born again through observing the works of the law but rather by the hearing of faith (Galatians 3:1-9).

The message that we bring that saves a soul (so that he has the true love of the Lord dwelling in his heart) is found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4...

1Co 15:1, Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
1Co 15:2, By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
1Co 15:3, For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4, And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

What occurred once, it shall occur again, And what was done, it shall be done again. There is nothing at all new under the sun.
Note: "under the sun". But that is not the same as "under the Son".

Ecclesiastes is written from the perspective of the natural man. But we know that there is indeed something new under the sun, because the New Covenant is under the Son. Thus we have the New Birth under the New Covenant.

No Christian should build his or her theology on what is written in Ecclesiastes. It simply reveals the hopelessness of everything without Christ.
