Do you read and post here in contemplative silence? Perhaps the radio, or background TV? Family raising cacophany? Or - like me - you're lost in your favourite music? And if so, what is it? I'm not too fussy - I like many different kinds of music so I just go with the flow. Last night I was listening mostly to Yes (surprisingly, when you look at their lyrics there is a strong Christian influence there) and at the moment I'm listening to Kate Bush (Hounds OF Love) although earlier it was Casting Crowns and Chris Isaak.So, what music flicks your happy switch?

Spooky... I'm listening to the soundtrack to The Omen, composed by Marco Beltrami. Sends shivers down the spine, and will probably be the soundtrack to armageddon. LoL

Strange thing is that sometimes it can be an entertaining sound, sometimes you can block it out completely, and yet other times it pierces your brain like an ice pick and makes your ear drums ripple like pebbles in a lake.
I used to listen to Megadeth before I became a Christian many years ago. Funny how they faded away into nothingness. I wonder if they are even a band anymore.
