Acts 2:10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

As can be seen in Acts 2:10 there were proselytes, strangers to Israel, Gentiles, who trusted in God and followed the law. Some of the Gentiles may have been proselytes that believed the gospel preached by Peter and the disciples. They were not in the body of Christ since at this time Paul was not saved and given revelation; the body of Christ was not being formed at this time, the believers were in Christ and the Church of God.

They were not in the body of Christ since at this time Paul was not saved and given revelation;

"Can anyone withhold the water for baptizing these people, who have received the holy Spirit even as we have?"

Your attempt to sever the body of Christ would have had Paul in tears..

Christ is risen!
Alleluia!

The Gentiles were baptized according to the commandment Jesus,Peter and the disciples in Mark 16:16. They were preaching the gospel of the kingdom, this is the gospel the Gentiles believed. The gospel of the kingdom was that believing Israel would receive the Davidic kingdom on earth. These Gentiles would be saved to enter that kingdom along with Israel of God.
They were added to the church of God, which Paul persecuted. The body of Christ was yet to be formed.

Acts 6:1 And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.

Acts 2:10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

In Acts 6 the Grecians are believers in Christ by hearing and believing the Gospel of the Circumcision. They believed Jesus was the Christ, the Son of God and were looking for the coming Kingdom on earth that was prophesied and confirmed by Jesus's resurrection. As can be seen in Acts 2:10 there were proselytes, strangers to Israel, Gentiles, who trusted in God and followed the law. Some of the Grecians may have been proselytes that believed the gospel preached by Peter and the disciples. They were not in the body of Christ since at this time Paul was not saved and given revelation; the body of Christ was not being formed at this time, the believers were in Christ and the Church of God.
Your anti-Church, "anti-Body" rants were already destroyed in another thread by multiple posters - so why resurrect a losing argument??

Concerning the title statement:

See Ephesians 3:6.
Ephesians 3:6 and the body of Christ was revealed to Paul. The Gentiles in Acts 6 were in the church of God, not the body of Christ.

Here is one of MANY death blows to your Scripturally-bankrupt argument that the Church and the Body of Christ are two separate entities:

Acts 8:1-3
And there arose on that day a great persecution against the CHURCH in Jerusalem, and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles. Devout men buried Stephen and made great lamentation over him. But Saul was ravaging the CHURCH, and entering house after house, he dragged off men and women and committed them to prison.

Below - Paul refers to this SAME “Church” as the “Body of Christ”.

1 Cor. 12:27-28
Now you are the BODY OF CHRIST, and each one of you is a part of it. And God has placed in the CHURCH first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues.

The word of the Lord is timeless; and therefore Paul's writings apply to the church even before he came on the scene.

You are in error concerning the metaphor, the body of Christ.Ephesians 1:11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee[d] of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,[e] to the praise of his glory.

I guess a good background verse for all of us to remember is that there are three different groups of people: Jews, Gentiles and the church of God (1 Corinthians 10.32).

Just because both are called church does not mean they are the same church.
There are actually three churches:
the church in the wilderness
the church of God
the church of God, the body of Christ

WRONG.
Christ built ONE Church - not THREE (Matt. 16:18, John 17:20-23).

Without reading everyone’s input on this, I’m not sure if the title is about a group of Gentiles, or that group in it’s’ entirety. Anyway, the burden was on Paul; to bring the Church into the thought that there would be a valid, smelly group of uncircumcised foreigners. He and Peter was to sort of tangle on this subject along with all of the other Jews. Paul had to waste a lot of his time to benefit the Church and also all of us today. When God introduced Peter to the fact that the Gentile would be cleansed if Peter would stop treating the Gentiles as second class Christians.

WRONG.
Christ built ONE Church - not THREE (Matt. 16:18, John 17:20-23).
Matthew 16:18 is talking about the church of God, not the body of Christ.
John 17 is about the disciples and the believing remnant of Israel.

The church is the body of Christ.

Col 1:18, And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

WRONG.

Matt. 16:19 is talking about CHRIST'S CHURCH:
"And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build MY CHURCH, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.

John 17:20:23 is about the UNITY of about CHRIST'S CHURCH:
I pray not only for them, BUT ALSO FOR THOSE WHO WILL BELIEVE ME THROUGH THEIR WORD, so that they may all be one, as you, Father, are in me and I in you, that they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent me.m And I have given them the glory you gave me, so that they may be one, as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may be brought to perfection as one, that the world may know that you sent me, and that you loved them even as you loved me.

Acts 8:3 is about Saul (Paul) persecuting the very same CHRIST'S CHURCH:
Saul, meanwhile, was trying to destroy THE CHURCH; entering house after house and dragging out men and women, he handed them over for imprisonment.

In 1 Cor. 12:27-28, Paul refers to this SAME “CHURCH” as the “BODY OF CHRIST”.
"Now you are the BODY OF CHRIST, and each one of you is a part of it. And God has placed in the CHURCH first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues."

You're DONE here . . .

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female—for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
