Praise Jesus that he is still on this side of the kingdom. Thank you Father, that nothing is impossible with you.
In Jesus mighty name!

Willie wife Sue returned an email to me with an update ....not the good news I was hoping for...but st least no worse news....Willie is not out of the wood yet...and needs us to keep him in prayer.

< Dear Helen

......snip...

The hospital staff has been very good about communicating with me daily. It's been a very challenging week and he is still in critical condition. Thanks for understanding if I don't reply to your email right away.

Many thanks to all for your prayers!
Sue

>

Thank you for the update. Love Willie. What others may not know is occasionally Willie sends something encouraging in a message and coming from him it means something. a man who doesn’t waste words. Miss him.

Pray the Spirit makes intercession for Willie with groanings that cannot be uttered; as the Spirits prayers are not hindered.

This is just in a short time ago from Willie's wife:

This is Willie-T's wife, Sue, again. Hopefully I am replying properly to this thread. I am not a forum person.

Much has happened since my last post. Willie-T has had multiple tests, scans and more...CT, CTA, MRI of the brain, cerebral angiogram which finally showed the culprit, an AVM, arteriovenous malformation. Dr. said he was born with it. AVMs occur in the first 3 months of fetal development. They are tangled clusters of arteries, veins, and blood vessels.

Next was an AVM embolization, a very risky procedure which temporarily stops the source of the bleeding. This past Friday, Willie-T had an 8.5 hour craniotomy where the neurosurgeon went into Willie-T's brain and untangled that mess and one-by-one, cauterizing each blood vessel so it wouldn't bleed again. He made it through the surgery and has been in Neuro ICU Critical Care, sedated and on a ventilator. Today he is off sedation, but I don't know when they plan to extubate, which is also a very risky procedure in itself. He is not responding to pain stimuli in his arms or legs and ICU nurse said he is sleeping most of the time.

As you probably know, due to covid-19 protocol, I am unable to go see him. So...one day at a time. I have a peace about this whole situation and am focusing on God's kindness, faithfulness and sustaining power. Your prayers, joined with many others, continue to be a blessing to both of us

Thank you for that John!
He is going through quite the battery of tests, Praise GOD that he came out of the surgery well. Lord please, if it be your will, restore anything Satan has stolen from him and bring Willie back to us, let him not be afraid or lonely Father. We love him very much and comfort Willie's family, strengthen their faith and bring them comfort that all is in your hands Lord. In Jesus matchless hand, Amen.

Now we know where Willie T is at, we can concentrate our prayers on what is ahead for him. He has an extubation procedure and his arms and legs are not responding to stimuli.

Thank you Father, that you have allowed him to be here thus far. Thank you for the team of doctors and nurses in the ICU unit whom you have assigned. Please guide the doctors/surgeons when they remove the tube. Sustain him at this time and please restore his ability to feel in his arms and legs. I also ask Father that you heal the trauma that has affected his brain. I ask this Father, right now, in Jesus mighty name!
