You are diverting from the truth here. And you didn't respond to this.

If you want to go farther into the truth on this read this...

Ps. 106:30 Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment: and so the plague was stayed. And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore.

Same as Abraham. Phinehas killed 2 people and was deemed as righteous by God....by his works.

So James is right. A man can either be justified by faith without works or by the works of obedience in faith.
If you're going to be justified before God by your works...killing two people is the way to do it...:confused:o_O:eek:

The message of the cross to you is not about your experience...because you haven't experienced the cross...

You are exposed as a heretic, a dishonest person, and someone who can't stand up to the facts.
You exposed yourself. All i did was give you the opportunity and you ran with it many times, and not just today, and not just tomorrow.

Ive written many Threads, countless posts, and you are the only person here who is notably teaching the gospel of self effort and Grace rejection with joy...with glee.
So, you now decide to question my salvation today because its all you have left, as your theology is not of God, your spirituality is self righteousness, and you have no way to defend what you believe, so, of course a personal attack is your only false hope, as this is always the refuge of the weak deceiver.
Trust me.. Posting 150 more verses today or in the coming months, that you don't understand, is not going to help you now. And questioning my blood bought relationship with Jesus The Christ, is a Fail.
But you can try it more, if your flesh demands it more....
np.

You truly do not understand the Grace of God, and today you defined it as "flesh".
Thats blasphemy.
Your entire belief system is "self saving" Cross denying pride.
You do not believe that Jesus keeps those saved that He has ALREADY SAVED, and so your gospel is "you can lose your salvation"= unless you keep it by.... and you will then state your self righteous list that is your savior, and Christ is not on that list, of which He is well aware..
Is Christ's Blood Atonement "enduring to the end" as you teach?? Better go check on that..... asap.
Your gospel is = Your self effort.
Take my advice, episkopos, get off the Cross, you are not worthy to be up there.
And take it again.... confess your rejection of God's Grace, openly here, as you have denied it openly here, and do not pretend that you believe that Jesus keeps you saved.
You do not.
You believe that YOU keep your saved and you have your verses and you have your list.
Well, take a look at your wrists.. See any holes?
Better think about what im telling you while you can...

Don't get in a snit. Please try to listen. You are only relying on certain verses you have not understood...but added in an arrogant pride of human belief.

A relationship works both ways. We will be judged by our works...of what kind they are. They who have sown to the flesh with a false grace...will be cut off. Their works are of the flesh...wood, hay and stubble. Those who have sown to the Spirit with real grace will receive a reward. Either by being LED by the Spirit with precious stones as times of encounter and obedience...or else the ongoing fruit of heaven by the continuous keeping power of God..with gold and silver.

Of course there is another option of simple fear of the Lord and humility...without presumptions pride and the notion of somehow being a teacher. If we don't judge others...then we won't be judged.

Paul said..."I am crucified with Christ."(you can read it in the bible) Would you also ridicule him? Would you also act with arrogance and pride when you could be exposed as a counterfeit?

Is that a physical crucifixion Paul is speaking about? No. And this is where it gets hard for people who don't understand spiritual things to follow along.

We are TRANSLATED (harpazo) into the kingdom life by God to walk in Zion in the Spirit. But to buy that field (the kingdom of God) one must lose everything. One must be crucified in the life of the human nature. The kingdom of God and the life of God costs us everything we have. Then one is free to move into the eternal kingdom life...to walk as Jesus walked. To walk without any spot or wrinkle of sin.

Always carrying around the DEATH of Jesus so that His LIFE can be made manifest in our bodies. A living sacrifice.

And this is NOT by beliefs or right believing. This is not a work of the flesh...a carnal belief. This is by seeking God's face...by seeking His visitation. To ask, seek and knock until God takes us up to where He is.

They who seek to save their own lives will lose them. But they who give up their lives...to be possessed by God's Spirit...will find them.

Grace is deceitful ....to the flesh. The carnal flesh wants to be saved. But one must give up one's own self-centered life to move into the eternal kind of life. You can't have both.

Im not in a snit.
Im simply dealing with a cross denying person, who teaches that Grace is "flesh".
This same person, says that salvation is "enduring to the end".
So, thats on you.
Its your gospel.

You are speaking falsehoods. I know the cross of Christ more than just reading about it. I know the grace of the Lord more than just claiming it by carnal beliefs. And nobody is saved finally until the end. It is very possible to draw back unto perdition. (that is also in the bible)

So as you try fitting God in your box...you may come to realize that you are going to have to try a much bigger box. :)

You don't even read what I'm posting...as you do also with your bible reading...going off in a carnal reaction before even understanding what the text is communicating.

You are speaking falsehoods. :)

You stated today that "enduring to the end" is the Gospel, as this is how you state that YOU keep yourself saved.
= Galatians 1:8
You also stated that "flesh"... is to have the idea that Grace is all of God, and does not require any WORKS on our part.
Your gospel is "works to stay saved".
Sure, you'll talk about the Cross and Grace, but when you teach your theology its....>"endure to the end".. "work work work" to STAY saved.
This is Galatians 1:8.
Now, as i said to you earlier.....were you able to go back to all your prvious posts and edit them for "heresy", yet?
No answer?
What's the problem?

Sure, what Matthew and the book of Hebrews says on the subject is the heresy that Paul was talking about in Galatians 1:8.

These verses...

Matthew 10:22

Hebrews 3:6

Hebrews 3:14.

Stop reading the commentaries, justbyfaith.

Galatians 1:8 has nothing to do with your verses.

Galatians 1:8 is explained as this by Paal...."fallen from Grace" and then teaching "another Gospel".
Its both.
A person stops trusting Christ to keep them saved, and they become a "self savor", a Legalist, and that is to be "fallen from GRACE".
Its specific, as you can fall from Grace, and return to trying to keep yourself saved, that you are doing.
The "curse" falls on you when you TEACH that you are saved by Jesus and kept saved by works, = enduring, abiding, commandment keeping, torah keeping, etc.
See, this is all SELF EFFORT in place of GRACE. = CURSED GOSPEL.

Listen, Its SELF EFFORT to "endure". Its SELF EFFORT to ABIDE.. Its SELF EFFORT to try to do do do , keep keep keep.....try, try, try.
That is a person doing things, which is not Jesus doing it for you on the CROSS.
Understand?
So, if you teach that you can lose your salvation , or if you teach that "enduring to the end..this SELF EFFORT, is to be saved and stay saved".., its because you are teaching that what keeps you saved, is whatever you believe that you say causes you to lose your salvation. = Dont do that stuff.
Self SAVING is the CURSED GOSPEL. = Galatians 1:8
Its when a person has replaced their faith in Jesus with. doing, and not doing,
They'll have a list of verses and a list of stuff to do or not do, and they teach that all that, is how you keep yourself saved, and prevent yourself from being LOST. = They have no faith in Christ, they only have faith in SELF doing all that stuff.= LEGALISM. = HERETIC.
This false Gospelf will always be some type of SELF EFFORT to keep yourself accepted by God... stuff like "enduring to the end", or "commandment keeping", or "Abiding".
And to teach that those self efforts save you or keep you saved, is "cursed of God". Galatians 1:8.

Thank you for agreeing with me...because I was being sarcastic.

The "curse" falls on you when you TEACH that you are saved by Jesus and kept saved by works, = enduring, abiding, commandment keeping, torah keeping, etc.
See, this is all SELF EFFORT in place of GRACE. = CURSED GOSPEL.

enduring, abiding, commandment keeping is the sure result of real salvation. We do not do them in order to be saved....we do them because we truly have been saved.

Listen, Its SELF EFFORT to "endure". Its SELF EFFORT to ABIDE.. Its SELF EFFORT to try to do do do , keep keep keep.....try, try, try.

To endure and to abide and even to keep the commandments is not self-effort for the one who is born again. It is the supernatural outworking of the indwelling of the Holy Ghost.

They'll have a list of verses and a list of stuff to do or not do, and they teach that all that, is how you keep yourself saved, and prevent yourself from being LOST. = They have no faith in Christ, they only have faith in SELF doing all that stuff.= LEGALISM. = HERETIC.

But you're not seeing that there are verses that teach what you are teaching against....so if you are going to teach against those verses, you are going to have to come up with some kind of alternate interpretation for them.

This false Gospelf will always be some type of SELF EFFORT to keep yourself accepted by God... stuff like "enduring to the end", or "commandment keeping", or "Abiding".
And to teach that those self efforts save you or keep you saved, is "cursed of God". Galatians 1:8.

Commandment keeping...Romans 8:4, Romans 8:7, Romans 13:8-10, 1 John 5:3, 2 John 1:6, Galatians 5:14; Romans 5:5.

Abiding....John 15:1-8, 1 John 3:6, 1 john 2:17, 1 John 2:27-28.

Enduring to the end....Matthew 10:22, Hebrews 3:6, Hebrews 3:14.

I would say that most definitely, the verses on commandment keeping do not teach that you are saved or keep your salvation through commandment keeping; but rather that you will keep the commandments because you are saved.

Abiding is a different story...since the only means of abiding is to place your faith in Jesus and to continue to have faith in Him...see 1 Peter 1:5. So, since salvation is by grace through faith...abiding in faith is a condition for continued salvation. See also Romans 11:20-22.

As for enduring to the end.....the verses on that are interpreted by such verses as Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:22, and 2 Corinthians 5:5...it should be clear that when a person has genine, righteousness-producing (Romans 10:10) faith in Jesus, that this kind of faith will endure to the end...it is not a shallow, lukewarm, or nominal faith that is spoken of in Luke 8:13; wherein the person who has such a faith falls away when a time of temptation comes.

I hope you are not a proponent of the idea that a man continues to be saved after and even if they fall away....for that is false doctrine.

@Behold, please notice that I give scripture references (at the very least) to back up my positions...while you tend to want to discourage people from looking at the scriptures or even posting them.

Now I hold that the holy scriptures are the ultimate authority and the final word on any given subject...so those who are going to follow you are going to have to deal with the scriptures that I bring up somehow...and I think that your prescribed method is to simply disregard them. So then, your followers will not be the born again type...since those who are born again accept the authority of the holy scriptures and do not disregard any scripture when it is presented.

With you, its always...... a hybrid salvation fail.
You can never just let Jesus Save.
You always have to bend salvation into some type of self effort., and thats where your heresy continues.

Listen, the only reason you abide in Christ is because you are born again into God.
There is no... """""".I am going to abide by will..... i will stay in Christ. I will repent and confess till i die, to abide.""""
= NO YOU WONT.
Thats the infant's theology trying to play God, and its the theology of assuming you have the ability to abide, IN a Supernatural position/situation.
You dont have this power, self savor.
Hey, =you can no more of yourself ABIDE in Christ, then you could cause yourself to be born again.
Salvation is a SPIRITUAL condition that you are fooling yourself into believing that you "will abide there" by self effort in the physical realm.
= FAIL.
You'll never understand this, until you get out of the commentaries and stop trying to save yourself.

"but behold, im not trying to save myself".
Thats a lie you are telling yourself, justbyfaith.
You are ABIDING to try to keep yourself saved.
So, you are trusting in ABIDING, as your SAVIOR.
Wake up.
The gospel of abiding is just one more version of "the gospel of works". = Galatians 1:8

ive nearly written a BOOK now, in Threads, offering the insight into this simple way to free yourself from the sinning and confessing and repenting failed discipleship.
You have been sowing the seeds of spiritual confusion, making a mishmash of justification and sanctification. You also believe that many words = truth, when the opposite in the case. The answer to all this nonsense is found in Ephesians 2:8-10

1. SALVATION (JUSTIFICATION) IS GOD'S GIFT TO THE ONE WHO BELIEVES ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

2. THOSE WHO ARE JUSTIFIED MUST ALSO BE SANCTIFIED
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

So while justification is immediate, and leads to many other things (the remission of sins, the New Birth, the gift of the Holy Spirit, etc), sanctification is a life-long process (which includes good works) and which lead to perfection and glorification.

You have been sowing the seeds of spiritual confusion,.

So while justification is immediate, and leads to many other things (the remission of sins, the New Birth, the gift of the Holy Spirit, etc), sanctification is a life-long process (which includes good works) and which lead to perfection and glorification.

My Threads are only confusing to baby christians or heretics who are defined regarding their heresy as "Jesus saved me, and now im saving myself".
I could show you all the heretics on this Forum, if i wrote a Thread with an option to tell the truth, and they would answer it.
But they wont, so, that Thread wont reveal them, but would.
I could just ask everyone here..
"If you are going to die in the next 40 seconds and you know it, .. .what are you trusting to get you into heaven".

= The majority of people here, can't honestly say...."Only JESUS", as they would be LYING.
Most people here in that 40 seconds till death would have a total panic attack wondering if they are about to go to hell and then the lake of fire.
And why? Because they have no faith in Christ to get them home.
They've instead spent all their Christianity trying to 'ABIDE" and "endure" and keep commandments, and they never did any of this SELF SAVING perfectly.....and so, now they will sweat and die wondering where they will end up.

Reader, you have to get your salvation locked down into God's BLOOD and keep it there...or you'll be a psychotic mess on your death bed, or in your final minutes.
"Omg, did i remember to confess all my sin....did i forget to repent of them all"...."was i enduring to the end this last 2 dayss....."was i abiding enough this week".....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!.
See that self righteous junk? You dont want to be that self deceived fool, in that final 40 seconds before you hit ETERNITY.
Believe it.
----------------
-----------------

So, Enoch111, you are welcome to think what you like about my Threads, and i'll continue know what i know about your salvation, and your sinning and confessing.
See, you have a pride issue, that is not willing to embrace the way to stop living a carnal Christianity.
You think i have a pride issue, because of my "tone" and my "aggression" and how i wont flex my theology to suit self deceived believers.
You would rather sin and confess, then stop doing that....
And if you want to say you can't then that is true. You can't yet.. YOU cant, and many here can't..... not yet.
But ALL can. As Salvation is not designed to leave you in bondage to sinning and confessing and repenting.
Its designed to free you from judgment due you for all your sin, and also free you from your sin consciousness that is causing you , thru the power of the law, to stay a sinning confessing mess.

This is happening to you because you believe wrong regarding Grace and Eternal Life and WHY you have peace with God, always.
So, when you read Paul say...>"If you walk in the Spirit, you will NOT sin"...... You then run to 1 Jn and write "if we say we have no sin"......so that you can feel less guilty about what you do wrong and then have to repent of it.
But i'll remind you that Paul said that you are to leave the crib stage, bottle stage, Christianity : of "repenting from dead works"... (confessing sins and repenting) and GROW UP into ""the fullness of the Stature of Christ."" ON EARTH.
My Threads teach you how to do it. So, if want to continue to hide behind John and reject Paul, and keep sinning and confessing, then that is your free will choice.

You always have to bend salvation into some type of self effort.,

There is no self-effort in my salvation.

Hey, =you can no more of yourself ABIDE in Christ, then you could cause yourself to be born again.

Good point. The same factor that made me born again, is the factor that causes me to abide. See Ezekiel 36:25-27.

Salvation is a SPIRITUAL condition that you are fooling yourself into believing that you "will abide there" by self effort in the physical realm.

Not by self-effort. By faith.

"but behold, im not trying to save myself".
Thats a lie you are telling yourself, justbyfaith.
You are ABIDING to try to keep yourself saved.
So, you are trusting in ABIDING, as your SAVIOR.
Wake up.

The only thing I must do, in order to abide, is to be responsive to the Holy Spirit when He speaks, and not to live in rebellion against Him. I do this by faith. By staying surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, this is how I abide in Him.

In this, Jesus is my Lord and Saviour.

I could just ask everyone here..
"If you are going to die in the next 40 seconds and you know it, .. .what are you trusting to get you into heaven".

Only one thing...that Jesus died for me on the Cross, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)...and my continued faith in this fact of holy scripture is what apprehends this for me.

See, you have a pride issue,

You have three fingers pointing back at you (Matthew 7:1-5, Luke 6:41-42, Luke 6:37).

You think i have a pride issue,

You did not direct this statement at me; but yes, since you are pointing the finger, I do believe that you have three fingers pointing back at you.

As Salvation is not designed to leave you in bondage to sinning and confessing and repenting.

It seems to me that your threads' #1 purpose is to try and debunk 1 John 1:8-9.

My Threads teach you how to do it.

This is a problem...that your threads teach people how to take away from God's word...it should be clear that there is a definite punishment for doing such a thing (Revelation 22:19 (kjv)).

Rev 22:19, And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Not by self-effort. By faith.

T

You dont abide in Christ by faith any more then you are saved by faith.
Your savior, according to you, is your Faith.
You believe that if you hold unto your faith (your savior) then your savior (your faith), CAUSES you to "abide".
Thats Galatians 1:8 if you teach it on a public forum as the Grace of God.
Remember that i told you that.

Here is how to understand faith.

Faith is NOT the Savior.
So, when you are holding on to, or trusting in your FAITH to keep you saved, .....or as you define self saving by faith..>"abide",...... then you are not trusting in Christ. You are trusting in FAITH.

Faith is not the Savior.
God is the Savior. God saves you THROUGH your Faith, ONCE.
The proof you are saved, and saved only once, is that you are born again ONCE< when God accepted your faith ONE TIME to redeem you with the Blood of Jesus.
And once you are saved by the Blood, you are kept saved by the Blood of Jesus.
What saved you, keeps you saved.

So, when you believe and teach that "holding unto your faith" keeps me saved, you are teaching against the blood of Jesus, by replacing it with "holding unto my faith", = your Savior.
So for your entire Christianity you have replaced The Savior, with YOUR Savior...>"holding unto my faith, keeps me saved".
No it does not.
Thats a false gospel.

You dont abide in Christ by faith any more then you are saved by faith.

I am saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:1-2)

You believe that if you hold unto your faith (your savior) then your savior (your faith), CAUSES you to "abide".

Jesus is my Saviour; and I have access to Him through faith.

So, when you are holding on to, or trusting in your FAITH to keep you saved, .....or as you define self saving by faith..>"abide",...... then you are not trusting in Christ. You are trusting in FAITH.

No, I am trusting in Christ. Trusting is the same thing as faith. So if I am trusting in Christ, it is my trust in Christ that gives me access to what Christ did for me on the Cross, and to Christ. You say I am not trusting in Christ, but in faith. But if I am trusting in Christ, I am trusting in Him; that means that I am putting my faith in Him.

There is no way around it...we have access to Christ and His benefits through our faith in Him.

Faith is not the Savior.
God is the Savior. God saves you THROUGH your Faith, ONCE.

We are kept by the power of God through faith...

1Pe 1:5, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

And once you are saved by the Blood, you are kept saved by the Blood of Jesus.
What saved you, keeps you saved.

Yes, and what saved me is faith in Jesus (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:1-2) (yes, His blood also, Romans 5:9). The fact that faith also keeps me saved is evident in the scripture that I quoted above (1 Peter 1:5).

So, when you believe and teach that "holding unto your faith" keeps me saved, you are teaching against the blood of Jesus, by replacing it with "holding unto my faith", = your Savior.

So, the apostle Peter was teaching against the blood of Jesus when he wrote 1 Peter 1:5, got it.

So for your entire Christianity you have replaced The Savior, with YOUR Savior...>"holding unto my faith, keeps me saved".
No it does not.
Thats a false gospel.

So, Peter was teaching a false gospel when he wrote 1 Peter 1:5, got it.

You are a false teacher, @Behold.

My Threads are only confusing to baby christians or heretics who are defined regarding their heresy as "Jesus saved me, and now im saving myself".
Nobody here believes this NONSENSE. You have manufactured a straw man so that you can beat him to death.

And since this forum is full of heretics and baby Christians, what in the world are you doing here? Unless you are the wolf in sheep's clothing ready to devour the lambs.
