Where in Scripture does it state that the flood of Rev 12 is a flood of lies?

I would say that there were various wars & plagues that affected Europe, allowing the "woman" Israel (national Israel, not the church, though the true church is the child that comes from that woman) to get established in the West. Some while they were still making their way accross Europe: Attilla the Hun, The Magyars (Battle of the Lechfield), perhaps you could also consider a physical help of The English Channel and the mountains that some hid in?Later helps might include Ghenghis Khan & the Mongol hordes, the Black Death, Napoleon . . . please research this era of European history & let us know what you find!

The Dragon is the Devil who continually speaks lies from his mouth, flood can also include his physical armies (Is. 59:19, Jer. 46:8, Dan.9:26).The 2 are inter-related in European "religious wars".

Heres my thoughts Whirl the Woman is Israel (spiritually the church) that gave birth to the man child 　5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. The man child is Christ only he will rule the nations ...and was caught up to God to sit at his right hand 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. see ( Rev.2:10 ) 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. He persecutes Israel ( the church) 14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. This is God protecting his own just as did in eygpt when the plaques and the angel of death came God always protects his own 15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. Heres my suggested translation based on my understanding of what the greek might be saying here ....16 And the (earth) ( abode of men ) help for Israel (the chuch ) coming from earth rather than heaven (because wittness's/ Elect are here already here) .....and opened her (mouth) "verbal utterance by his mouth, the "heart" or "soul" and the mouth are distinguished... this is the testimomy of the Two wittness's & the Elect (Mark 13:11) its this truth that will be uttered from the mouth of the Elect and two wittness's speaking the Word of God..... the word is his Sword Sharper than a two edgeded sword only truth swallows the flood of lies cast out of the dragons mouth So we see help for the church (Israel) coming from earth (i.e.2 wittness's /Elect) (as opposed to heaven because they are here on earth ) this help is the testimony (out of the mouth) of Gods Word (his two edged sword) by the two wittness's /Elect (Mark 13:11) that turns the hearts of men back to their fathers ..
