Here is the issue with your understanding of "supernatural" as related to the Communion.
You have not been taught by God or by the New Testament that a "Priest' has the "magic power" to turn the cookie and the juice into God Himself., as Christ is God.
See the issue?
God has not stated in His word that a Catholic Priest has been given a 'supernatural" magic power to channel God Himself, into a cookie and some juice.
You have been taught to believe this by people who invented this idea, themselves.

Also, its not the cookie and the juice that is the "mystical" part of the communion, its the taking of it, or rather the partaking of it..
Real believers are remembering the Holy One as their sacrifice, when they partake, while a Catholic thinks the mystical aspect of communion is a cookie made in China, and some juice or wine that is made, wherever.

Taking communion is a good thing.
Misrepresenting it as the CC does, is not a good thing.
There is nothing mystical in communion. You are given wine, grape juice, water, or whatever to drink and you drink it, and you are given a bit of bread or cracker or whatever and you eat it. That is the sum total of it. When I ask a catholic what blood tastes like the same answer every time...wine. I can assure you real blood DOES NOT taste like wine.

Catholics think the cookie and the juice or wine is REALLY the blood and body of Jesus.
Their cult has a "mystical" aspect related to the PRIEST, whereby that they have been led to be that this man has the power to change the cookie and the wine into the LITERAL Christ.
"transubstantiation".

For 2000 years, the Church has proclaimed that the Eucharist is indeed the Body and Blood of Christ.

Every apostolic community (one founded through an apostle) holds to this Truth.

Those who reject this but still put on a show with 'crackers and juice' for what purpose?

as they make a pretense of religion but deny its power. Reject them.

Peace!

Jesus' Word : My Words Are Spirit (not flesh or blood physically) and they are LIFE.

What words are spirit and life?

Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.

Whoever eats 1my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.

For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.

Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him
.

Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me.

This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever.
"

Peace!

You're not alone on the wide road - billions of others believe as you do too

Hello Joseph,

Well a great multitude, surely.

After this I had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation, race, people, and tongue. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands.

You too! Are welcome to come to the wedding feast of the Lamb of God!

Peace be with you!

Christ is risen!
Alleluia!

Then why does the Eucharist not give what Jesus promised in those words?

Hello EG,
Well of course, it does. Havent we already had this discussion?

And now, children, remain in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not be put to shame by him at his coming.

Peace be with you!

Just a reality check. None of the present-day churches were founded by the 12 apostles.

Yes we did I think

And it was proven it does NOT give what Jesus promised

if it did, you would NT keep eating the “food which endures to eternal life” and replacing it with food that “still dies” as seen in the fact you eat it week after week and still are not given what Jesus said all who eat WILL (not might) recieve

Hello marksman,

The Church in Rome, the Church in Alexandria and the Church in Antioch were all founded by apostles.

Peace be with you!
The church in Rome is not the same church as the one we see today, they are very different churches, and Paul would not even recognize it
