We are told of the wife and the bride, who is "the virgin" before she/he/they become the bride. What are their/our roles? Who is the wife or the bride?
  • Revelation 21:9-10 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.
The bride IS the holy city Jerusalem. A literal city? No, those that are the bride are the city.
  • Isaiah 62:1 For Zion's sake will I not hold My peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation therof as a lamp that burneth. (5) For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
The virgin is the bride is Jerusalem. The young man/man child are the sons of God are Zion. The bridegroom is Christ that rejoices over His children....Zion and Jerusalem.
  • Leviticus 21:13-14 And he shall take a wife in her virginity. A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife.
The "virgin of his own people" will be the bride and the bride will be...the wife. The "young man," the man child, will marry the virgin, (Zion and Jerusalem).
  • 1 Corinthians 7:32-34 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
Spiritually speaking....we, whether we are the man child or the virgin, Zion or Jerusalem, are to remain virgins to be married to our One Husband....Christ. Then, the virgin bride becomes the wife. The virgin (male and female) "careth for the things that belong to the Lord."
  • Deuteronomy 32:25 The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.
The "sword without" I believe, is deception, twisted teaching of God's Sword...His Holy Word. The "terror within" is, I believe, our carnal natures believing the "sword without." It shall destroy many, including the man child and virgin. They are of the elect but nevertheless....some shall be destroyed. Is this being physically destroyed and not spiritually or...is it both?
  • Lamentations 1:18 The LORD is righteous; for I have rebelled against his commandment: hear, I pray you, all people, and behold my sorrow: my virgins and my young men are gone into captivity.Amos 8:11-13 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: And they shall wander from sea to sea, from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.
Are those days here now? Are we in captivity to false teaching, to not hearing His Word. Those that love Him hunger for His truths and seek it but instead...they faint for thirst. They/we must seek it from our Father and "take the water of life freely"...not from man, nor by searching from sea to sea. As we've been shown, the man child is different from the virgin....they are two different groups, Zion and Jerusalem, that shall be joined. Are the two witnesses...the man child and the virgin? The Spirit speaks from them and...their destiny is foretold. Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
  • Revelation 11:7-8 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.Lamentations 2:21 The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword; thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast killed, and not pitied.
They will testify, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through them and....they shall fall.
  • Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with Him an hundred forty and four thousand, having His father's name written in their foreheads. (3-4) And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
Christ, the Lamb, stands on mount Sion, the spiritual mount Zion. Christ is in His elect, in His man child, in His Zion. And with them is the virgin...the bride. Has the wedding taken place? Has Zion joined Jerusalem, the man child the bride? Is this when the bride comes out of her closet?
  • Joel 2:16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.1 Corinthians 7:28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
When the virgin becomes the bride they "shall have trouble in the flesh" for they shall be delivered to death...in order to allow the Spirit to speak through them which confronts death...Satan. Not all virgins will become the bride.
  • Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
All ten of the virgins (the ten lost tribes of Israel...Christians) are of the kingdom and as such are promised to, and love the groom. But, as the parable tells us, they don't have enough oil (truth). They will follow the imposter, the fake christ. These virgins will not be the bride, will not become the wife. Only those that marry Him...becoming the bride, will "have trouble in the flesh." But, if we are sons of God...this trouble must happen, this scourging (Hebrews 12:6/666) by Satan/death, happens as the witnesses testify for Him.

I don't know where to begin...

I will start by saying all who overcome are the wife, bride and virgin...

The manchild is Christ

Revelation 12:5 "And she brought forth a man child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne."

The "man child" that was brought forth in the little town of Bethlehem when Jesus the Christ child was born. There are only two events that sit upon this throne, and the only one to do this was a child. Get it? That child is Jesus Christ.

This verse covers two advents [comings]; the first is Christ's birth as a child, and His second coming will be at the seventh trumpet. Then He will come to rule all nations with a rod of iron. Jesus Christ will come as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

To remain a virgin is to not be seduced by satan pretending to be Christ...

II Corinthians 11:2 "For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ."

Paul had converted these Corinthians and taught them enough to get their church on the move. Paul is speaking here about and directing attention to those people that are meddling with the church that he has established. Paul is having righteous jealousy over the converts that he brought to salvation, and he is telling them that he has made each of them part of "the bride of Jesus Christ", the anointed One.

This isn't hard to understand, for most everyone knows what a virgin is. A virgin is an untouched woman. Paul is saying that he wants to present each of these Corinthians as a chaste virgin to Christ, in as much as they are the bride of Christ. Paul is saying that He doesn't want Christ's bride messed with by any of these super-preachers that are causing the divisions within the churches.

For a young woman to be "espoused" to her husband means that she is completely committed to him, even before the vows have been exchanged. Paul is using this relationship whereby we could understand the emotions of Christ towards His bride. The feeling and commitment goes both ways, and applies to the man as much as it applies to the woman. It is no great secret what causes virginity to be lost, for it is being unfaithful sexually to the one you are espoused to marry.

If a woman has been unfaithful, and is with child, how could she expect that she could be accepted by the man she was espoused to, when she is carrying another man's child? Paul is afraid that if Christians start listening to these fairy-tale preachers, they will be taken by the wrong christ, or Satan the Antichrist [the instead of Christ]. Then when Jesus Christ returns at the seventh trumpet, they will be found unworthy to be part of "the bride of Christ". Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 24:19; "And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!" He was not referring to a mother with a child in her womb, but spiritually speaking, Christians that have given themselves over to the wrong husband. In ignorance they will have been deceived into climbing into the spiritual bed of Satan, and their hearts have been given over to the Satan.

If you are one of the whores of Satan, than you cannot be one of the virgins of Christ waiting with your lamps full of oil [which is the truth from God's Word] that is waiting for the coming of the bridegroom, which is Jesus Christ. Paul now is putting it into a language that most anyone can understand. Paul is saying; "I'm afraid that one of these false teachers is going to seduce you."

All ten of the virgins (the ten lost tribes of Israel...Christians)

Why do you think the 10 virgins are the lost tribes?

Matthew 25:1 "Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and sent forth to meet the bridegroom."
Many today teach that once you say the magic words, you automatically become saved, once and for all times. The can't imagine themselves being shut away from the wedding feast, after they have been saved. Know this, on the road to salvation, without repentance, and without studying God's Word, there are many pitfalls. It will be the last day of the Millennium age, before some that think that they are saved now, will earn it, or they will walk into the lake of fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Jesus is now comparing the "kingdom of heaven" to a wedding that is taking place. The Kingdom is made up of the king [Jesus Christ] and His domain. The domain is made up of everything in the area of rulership of the king; the people, the land and all things on and in the land.
The bridegroom is Christ, and all ten of the virgin maidens are Christians and are going forth to meet the Bridegroom. Ten in Biblical numerics represents "law, and responsibility". The law is still on the books for us, and we have the responsibility to serve the true Christ. Though the parts of the law that pertain to the blood sacrifices are ended with Christ shed blood on the cross, the rest of the law is a vital part of every society, no matter how primitive.
The subject here then is to remain a true virgin, spiritually, waiting on the true Christ, and not to be take by the wrong Christ. All ten of these virgins are Christians, and claim to be in this generation, for the time of being taken is at the arrival of Satan being cast to the earth, as the Antichrist.

Matthew 25:2 "And five of them were wise, and five were foolish."

The wise studied God's Word, and knew the signs of the end times, and who the Kenites were. However the foolish were the virgins that listened to the fairy tales of the fly away doctrines, and just couldn't wait until the could go whoring after the Antichrist. The foolish ones just do not care to study to know the truth and seal it away in their minds.
This is the eleventh hour, which means these five foolish were Christians all the way to the very end of the age, before the coming of the Antichrist. It will be documented later. This is Jesus Christ's final teaching, from the mount of Olives, and is part of the teaching of chapter twenty four.
Matthew 25:3 "They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:"
They had oil, but not an reservoir of oil. The lamp will not burn to long with out the reservoir.
It is important that you understand the menorah described in Zechariah 4, that has to do with the two witnesses, and the seven candlesticks. The seven candlesticks represent God's elect, the seven thousand, and all the ethnos that are with them. At the base of the menorah, or lamp stands, there was a huge reservoir of oil. That oil was olive oil, the oil of our people. This is the same oil that we are instructed to use when anointing in Jesus name.
Keep tis in mind, as long as your in the flesh, Christ has not returned. If someone says that Jesus has returned today, and your in the flesh, they are liars. When Jesus comes, and touches His feet on mount Zion, the mountain will split with a quake, and the sun and moon will vanish. If those heavenly bodies are there, Christ has not returned. If you pinch yourself, and it still hurts, then that is not Christ. If it takes that simple act to understand, then do it.
The oil in the lamps are the knowledge in your mind that seals your mind that you will not be taken by the wrong husband, the Antichrist, Satan. The oil is the entire world of God, enough to keep your lamp lit through the entire tribulation of deception of the Antichrist. All of the knowledge from God's word, of the signs of the times, and the details of His coming is the oil that you need for your lamp. But don't be foolish, and deceived; wait for the true bridegroom.

Matthew 25:4 "But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps."

The wise had the reservoir, other then the lamps. They had all the oil necessary to for the entire waiting period, right through the Antichrist rule, and up to the sounding of the seventh trumpet.

They had the truth, and knew the signs of the times. They could identify Satan, and his locust army of fallen angels, and they were aware of the supernatural powers that God gave them, to deceive all those that did not have the oil. The were not deceived by the miracles that Satan, and his angelic forces preformed in the sight of men.

The oil that we are to take that is stated here; in the Greek is # 1637 in Strong's Dictionary. It is "elaion", which comes from the prime # 1636, "elaia, el-ah'-yah", "el" is God, and "ah" is God, and "yah" is God, Three forms of the God head. This is the olive tree that the olive oil comes from. The wisdom of God, the oil, comes from the olive tree. and we get that oil from His word.
The oil of God is the truth in God's word, from beginning to end. It covers all three ages, and is controlled in every aspect in the perfect plan of God, by the offices of God.

Only those that marry Him...becoming the bride, will "have trouble in the flesh." But, if we are sons of God...this trouble must happen, this scourging (Hebrews 12:6/666) by Satan/death, happens as the witnesses testify for Him.

Once the marriage takes place there will be no more trouble for the bride(those that remained faithful and true)

The Man Child is our Savior that "she," Mary, brought forth. The other "she" is Israel, the woman, the church. She brings forth the man child (ren). Those men children are His very elect. As Jesus, The Man Child, was caught up to His throne...so are the men children caught up to God. Man child is another name for the very elect, the Zadok...His "priests of God and of Christ."
  • Revelation 2:26-27 And he that overcometh, and keepeth My works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of My Father.
  • 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
Jesus gives power to them to rule with Him. And, they shall rule "with a rod of iron."
  • Daniel 2:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the People of the saints of the MOST HIGH, Whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.'
