... Life will return to the Jews when they accept Jesus as their Mashiach. ...

FIRST OF ALL, you use the term mashiyach (H4899) as though it were a reference to JESUS, -- when in fact it applies to EVERY King or Priest who has been anointed with oil:

Lev. 4:3 if it is the anointed (H4899) priest who sins, thus bringing guilt on the people, then let him offer for the sin which he has committed a young bull without blemish to the LORD for a sin offering.

So what you presume is FALSE, -- and that certainly applies to Dan. 9.

SECONDLY, the Jews CURRENTLY HAVE LIFE, but it's incomplete, and will be made COMPLETE to usher in Jesus' Return.

If God sent you a prophet, would you say that he was silly and that his doctrines were false? ...

Deut. 18:22 when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously, you need not be afraid of him.

... you speak your words as though YOU were a Prophet, and clearly you're not. So YES, -- you're preaching/teaching silly doctrines of men, and not of GOD! And of course I can PROVE what Scripture DOES SAY regarding the mashiyach (H4899) not referencing Jesus in Dan. 9, -- and GOD's Word is TRUE, but yours is in error. :)

I would ne interested to read your proof as you prove your point of view, but whether or not it is true needs to be tested by the saints to determine the truth of the matter.

Some Rabbis think that the Messiah could be an ordinary man. I am aware of that. They are wrong. Among Messianic Jews, the word Mashiach is widely used. Though there are other variations. Yeshua ha Mashiach is who I'm talking about as if you didn't know. All others are false messiahs. You know that.
You should watch some Messianic testimonies. These Jews will tell you that their religion is dead. Don't take my word for it. Once again I'm wondering if the Lord has sent you to sharpen me up or if you just like arguing. It's been nice fencing with you, we'll have to do it again soon. Have a nice night, Bobby Jo. Ron.

You must have heard the saying, "you can't see the forest for the trees." Wait and see. I would strongly advise you to not attribute what I say to the devil. Apart from that, we can agree to disagree. At least I can. Shalom.

mashiyach (H4899) is any KING or PRIEST who is anointed with oil. So it could apply to ANY MAN who assumes those posts. So, -- NO --, it's not any man off the street.

CEV:
9.25 the Chosen Leader: Or “a chosen leader.” In Hebrew the word “chosen” means “to pour oil (on someone’s head).” In Old Testament times it was the custom to pour oil on a person’s head when that person was chosen to be a priest or a king.

... I would strongly advise you to not attribute what I say to the devil. ...

Why are you making a FALSE accusation? -- Did I use any such terminology, -- or did you take offense for me suggesting that the Dan. 9 reference to the mashiyach (H4899) has NOTHING to do with Jesus, -- as so many uninformed/misinformed people assert?

And as far as "iron sharpens iron", when I present what Dan. 9 ACTUALLY DEPICTS, everyone (AND I MEAN EVERYONE) either RUNS and hides behind an apron, refuses to accept what Scripture LITERALLY STIPULATES*, or simply "disappears". [*Some people have to be "right" even when they're wrong.] But if you're up to the TRUTH of the matter, I'd welcome an intelligent conversation! :)

With Best Regards,

If you only knew some ...

As for YOU, -- Scripture takes second place behind your JW Doctrines, so you're of little (read: NO) value. :)
Bobby Jo

Bobby your claim to Christian values is undermined by your telling of lies and your bullying of other forum members through the use of your false claims.

In my post concerning your claims re H:4899, I made no disparaging remarks about you or your claim. What I did say was that your understanding should be tested by the Saints, i.e. many Saints, to determine the truth of the matters that you present.

If you are not willing for that to happen, then I can only assume that you do not have any truth to share with the Body of Christ concerning the matter in question, that I said I would like to read as well.

If you are not willing to have your "theories" tested, then perhaps it would be good for you to withdraw from the forum. But that is what you want many members to do through your repeated lies concerning us and your bullying rhetoric.

"O House Of Israel, Where Are You?"

Get a map. It's called "Israel".

Amos 9:14-15 (NKJV)

14 I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; They shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them; They shall also make gardens and eat fruit from them. 15 I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the land I have given them," Says the LORD your God.

The JWs CORRECTLY account Dan. 2 as FIVE World Empires. -- However they assert the Fifth "DIVIDED KINGDOM" of CLAY as a FALSE "Coalition of the Willing", and WILL NOT IDENTIFY THOSE "NATIONS". And where Dan. 7 DOES Specify the Participants of that "DIVIDED KINGDOM", the JW lies are exposed (because the can't match their "Coalition" with Scripture) so they then assert that Dan. 7 is "SPIRITUAL", -- which is ANOTHER LIE.

So you hypocrite, -- demanding that I ANSWER, but YOU REFUSE. :)

The English word, "land" used in verse 15 in this passage is from the Hebrew Root word H:0127, Adamah, which is also from the Hebrew Root H:0119, Adam, which has the meaning of soil. As such I would paraphrase verse 15 differently to show that God will plant them in a "fertile field" and that no longer after God plants them in that field once more, will they be drawn aside from that field to go after idols. The field in which God will plant Israel is a "spiritual field" which can be accessed by the Israelites where ever they are living on the face of the earth and that there will not be a need to return to the Land of Canaan, which was a part of the "Promised Land" which they were taken out of because of their continual idolatrous worship during the first two ages of the existence of the descendants of Abraham from the time of the birth of Isaac.

Shalom.

Two thousand, eight hundred years ago God exiled the House Of Israel from the Promised Land. Hashem said that Israel would lose their awareness of who they were. He said that the whole earth would be blessed through their descendants. He also said that during the last days He would wake them up, with their Levites being woke up first. I believe that after a season of repentance, healing, and restoration, He would do through the Levites what He had done in them.
During 1994, I walked into an unknown church, looking for God. He found me as I was looking for Him. He showed me things I found amazing, but the most amazing thing for me was His love for me. The result of this is I've never turned away from Him since. Where would I go?
A few years later found me leading worship in the middle of what was then
called, "The Father's Blessing." Also known as the renewal of the church.
After leading one Sunday morning and as I was walking to the back of the auditorium, God spoke to me something I'd never thought before. He said, "You are a Levite." As I walked, I thought, "Oh, like the Levites of ancient Israel when they led worship in the Temple."
A few weeks later and after I'd just finished leading worship, He said exactly the same thing to me. I again thought He meant I was doing what a Levite had done.
A few weeks later I had a repeat of the first two times. This time, however, I thought that He meant I was a spiritual Levite. I soon forgot about it.
Over the years I'd remember these times and just as soon forgot about them. Time marched on.
During the Fall of 2019, I was watching Christian testimonies on YouTube. I got a spiritual lift from them. When they started to run out, I watched a Messianic Jew testimony. I got the same lift. It was the same Spirit. No surprise.
I may have heard something that got me thinking about what God had said to me 22 years earlier. I decided that I should at least rule out my being a physical descendant of the House Of Israel.
I'd learned many things from online searching so I decided to start by watching a documentary on ancient Israel. I felt a little silly, what were the odds?
As I watched the video unfold, I learned about how the House Of Israel turned from God and started worshipping idols and false gods. About how God exiled the 10 tribes and how they would forget who they were. Along with the promise of how He would wake them up during the last days.
They were marched into Assyria and after the Mede/Persian army had freed them some years later, most of them went north and west, just like God had said.
The documentary followed some that went to Scandinavia and how, many years later, they went by sea and landed at what would become Normandy, France, during the 1500s.
At this point, I thought, "wait a minute, my parents' family tree went back to Normandy during this same time." The connection was clear to me, as well as the Holy Spirit telling me this was so. I sat stunned. I never heard of anything Israeli in my family. We were English and Scottish. We didn't even know any Jewish people.
It was one thing to be told by God that I was a Levite, but this connection made it real to me. No more "like a Levite" or "a spiritual Levite." And no going back.
I immediately looked up the origin of my family name which I'd tried countless times before with the same results. That my last name originated in England and France. I knew it wasn't. But I didn't know why.
I right away found new information that my last name originated in NORMANDY!!! Once again I sat stunned. I did the same search a few weeks later and found another source that said the surname Coates originated in Normandy. This info was related to a genealogical group.
I've since learned that when the tribes split with some going to the British Isles and the rest going to Scandinavia, they went by boat. Coates means, "they that live in cottages by the sea."
Since my people were then Vikings and invaders, they stayed close to their get-away-vehicles (boats). At first. They later became Christians and went on to become nobles in France. Their Norse king even became king of England, if you can believe it.
On March 16, 2000, I was away at a 5-day seminar when Jesus told me that He loves His bride and then let me feel His heart. The grief was overwhelming.
Today, when I talk or even think about these lost people, His grief again fills my heart. Because of this, and my love for my Lord, I am compelled to look for them. I'm seeing that this is my purpose from the Lord. I am in the early stages of this.
He woke me up by speaking to me. The ancient prophecy states that God would wake them up through inspiration. He inspires through His servants, for the most part.
The Lord said, "Who shall I send?" You would've seen me in the background jumping up and down and yelling, "pick me, pick me," and so He did.
Brit/Am is Hebrew for, "a covenant (Hebrew, "brit") of the people." One source says it means, "Israel." Brit/Am, Brit/An, Brit/ain. Britain.
Scripture foretold that the lost 10 would become a nation and a nation of nations. And that the world would be blessed through them. That they would number the grains of sand on the beach or the stars in the sky.
So for those who have ears to hear, I say, "O House Of Israel, where are You?" This is not the cry of my heart only, rather, it is the cry of your Maker calling you back to Him through His Son Jesus/Yeshua. To His unconditional love, He simply says, "Come." "And in the very place it was said to them, 'you are not My people' there they will be called; 'children of the living God.'" Romans 9:26 NIV
"Do you know why Christians think they are Israel? Because for much of the church, they are."
And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; My daughter is severely oppressed by a demon." But He did not answer her a word. And so His disciples came and begged Him, 'Send her away, for she is crying out after us." He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the House of Israel." But she came and knelt before Him, saying, "Lord, help me." And He answered, "It is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs." She said, "Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's table." Then Jesus answered her, "O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire." And her daughter was healed instantly. Matthew 15:22-28 ESV Most translations have, "House Of Israel."
He loves you; you can trust Him not to reject you." I know because He has totally accepted me solely on what Jesus/Yeshua did for us. Why should you listen to me? Because I'm one of you. A Hebrew Christian. Shalom

I'm 100% with you and know what you are saying. I even once had a web site about the lost house of Israel. And speaking of salvation and repentance, Jonathan Cahn just had "The Return" gathering yesterday in the Washington DC mall where there was a national day of repentance and showing our need to get back to God amidst this chaos lately. Interestingly, while he does not teach us physically descending from the house of Israel, he's very quick to compare the history of this nation with ancient Israel. I think he knows something he's just not telling the rest. I can maybe see why as perhaps the time is not ripe for everyone to know. We all have to get our repentance straight first. Otherwise, he'd probably experience a lot of resistance the way I did, and perhaps the way you are, too.

Bobby Jo

Bobby, your false argument against me is to tell lies wrapped up in some truth.

I agree with you that the five segments as described by Daniel in chapter 2 are literal physical kingdoms/empires/people groups on the earth which can be identified over time, as Babylon, The Medes and the Persians, and with the third kingdom/empire/people group being the Grecian Empire, namely the eastern portion after the death of Alexandra the Great. The Grecian Empire was then responsible for devastating and desolating the Land of the Chaldeans, i.e. Babylon, around 120 BC and the land remain unoccupied until a nation was formed by treat, i.e. recognised once more, with the formation of the nation of Iraq which had dominion over the land of Babylon. In 2003 the Coalition of the Willing, made up from 20 nations of the world gain dominion over Babylon for a time, but as Jeremiah wrote, instead of destroying the Babylon "kingdom" the Coalition tried to heal the land instead with the imposition of a governance in the form of democracy. Each of the twenty countries that sent combatant troops into the Iraq conflict, provided either the characteristic of Iron or Clay such that each of the ten toes in the Statue prophecy, consisted of two nations, one with the characteristic of Iron and the other with the characteristic of clay. The JW's had no idea of how the Nations would come together to invade and have dominion as the idea of the coalition was formed out of the 9/11 event, initially by two leaders/kings who happened to be meeting together at the time that the 9/11 event took place.

Now the Statue prophecy describes literal people groups/kingdoms/empires/coalitions that will have dominion over the land of the Chaldeans through time and now with 20/20 hindsight vision it is possible for us to look backwards through history and identify those people groups etc that have had that dominion and describe/name them all.

Now it seems that the JW from your account were again right when they said that the prophecy contained in Daniel 7 was of spiritual entities that will have influence over the peoples of the earth/sea.

Now your justification for being right is your claim that you can correctly identify all of the nations in both Daniel 2 & 7 and that your claimed list is consistent with scripture, based on your interpretation of the scriptures.

That is where you come unstuck in your argument. I question the validity of your interpretation just as I question @Keraz interpretation of a MCE frying the earth in the near, or is that the distant future.

The listing of the nations in the statue prophecy was derived out of the German princes who wanted to blacken the reputation of the Roman Catholic church so that they could break their shackles over the dukedoms that they held. Their list ignored scripture, just as your list ignores scripture as it only focus on the Daniel account concerning the statue prophecy and not also considering the Jeremiah prophecies concerning the land of Babylon.

Your false argument to to attack anyone who presents a differing interpretation to the conclusions that you insist on.

You snipe at other members ridiculing them and asking silly riddles without providing any meat on a bone for people to chew on and spit out any bone(s) that they disagree with.

Now I have never read any JW theological understanding of the end times to be able to confirm your accusation that I am a JW because we may hold similar ideas, but because I can identify the member nations of the Coalitions of the willing that invaded Iraq, and they will not as you have stated in your post above, I have not adopted their understandings at all. I have on the other hand listened to SDA speaker who can name countries that they believe are associated with the Daniel prophecies, just like you.

Now I do not know the denomination you are associated with, but I associate with no particular denomination as you forcible want to suggest that I do.

Perhaps, when your rhetoric changes it may be possible for the two of us to have a pleasant conversation on this subject matter but time is running out on that possibility.

Shalom

Hi. 7 years ago God had me watch 6 months of videos. He changed my worldview. He ended it by showing me about the book of Enoch. Soon, I had a page going on about Enoch and the Watchers. Then one day I read the parable of the wheat and the weeds. I thought, "Oh." I closed my page. I was way ahead of God. Shalom. P.S. Do you believe you are descended from the House of Israel?
"I can see a wave on the horizon. It's growing larger, it's getting nearer, oh can't you see it straight ahead? I can see a wave, the harvest wave." God inspired me to write this after He showed me a vision of a giant wave. It could've been a thousand feet tall. The last time I saw it was a few years ago. It was a lot closer and in it, I saw Donald Trump and an F-16 fighter.

Identifying the Tribes of Israel:

It is God’s plan that the House of Judah, that is: the Jewish people, remain as an identifiable people group to fulfil the tasks assigned to them. In these present days, one task has been to replant and rebuild the Land.

But the 10 Northern tribes, that is, the House of Israel, have been lost to history.

Deuteronomy 32:26 says - I will cause the memory of them to cease among men.

However, the Bible does give us some clues as to who and where they might be today:
  1. Who has received the blessings promised?
  2. Where will they eventually come from to return to the Land?

THE BLESSINGS -
  • To Abraham: Father of many nations, exceedingly fruitful,
  • To Isaac: numberless descendants, Land given to them.
  • To Jacob: The richness of the earth. Peoples will serve you. Curses on those who curse you, blessing on those who bless you.
  • To the 12 sons of Jacob (Israel): See in Genesis 49 and Deuteronomy 33:1-29
1 Chronicles 5:1-2; states that the Birthright Blessing is given to Joseph.

In Genesis 48 Jacob blesses Joseph’s sons, Ephraim and Manasseh. Both were to become great nations.
Deuteronomy 33:17 The 10,000s of Ephraim and the 1000s of Manasseh will push against the nations, even to the ends of the earth.
Only the British Commonwealth and the United States of America fulfil these prophecies. The other 8 tribes seem to be identified with the European Union nations.
Ref: The Tribes, Yair Davidy.

RETURN AND REJOINING IN THE LAND:
There are over forty prophecies telling us of the House of Israel’s return to the Promised Land in the last days, so where they will migrate from gives the clues as to where they are now.

Jeremiah 31:8-10 See, I bring them from a Northern land ... gathered from the far ends of the earth.....a vast company...I am a Father to Israel and Ephraim is My eldest son.

Isaiah 49:12 They are coming, some from far away, some from the North and West and others from the land of Sinim. (Sinim - Hebrew: Southern land, Latin: Australi)
So, the main location of the lost ten tribes is in the Northwest and from there, North America and spread around the world.
Hosea 11: They will follow the Lord and when He roars His sons will speed out of the West. Back to their heritage; All of the holy land. Romans 9:24-26
