Whatever one you feel is real

So which one do you want to have opinions on? Which Rapture timing is really right? The bonus or the real one?

Which Rapture do you want trampled to death so we can escape the tribulation that will refine us?

If you're Postrib, Premil, as I am, you will find, in a single second, a transformation into an immortal body. You will have discovered "eternal life," which refers to the eternal possession of the spiritual life of Christ, given to us by his atonement for our sins.

In that state you will inherit the earth, together with Christ, and will cause the Kingdom of God to rule, in some sense, on earth. I say "in some sense" because mortal humanity will still inhabit the earth. It's just that Satan will be bound. Sin will still inhabit men, but they will not be driven to international war with each other and against God's work among the nations.

During the Millennium, prophecies concerning God's promises to Abraham will be fulfilled. There will be many Christian nations, and they will include Israel. For 1000 years this reign will continue until the world finds its final eternal state, the wicked being removed to Outer Darkness and all the righteous finding themselves in their immortal state.

Well the only two entities/people that i know of who taken up to heaven, is in our distant future and they are the two witnesses spoken of in Rev 11 and it is reported that there was great turmoil in Jerusalem when this occurred and 7,000 people were killed and the rest were afraid and gave Glory to the God of Heaven.

They who's body die or get killed go to Heaven after Purgatory.
And they who are alive in the flesh will have the Holy Job on their hands after all the worlds delusions have been burnt up.

No one is going to be raptured up to the clouds to meet Jesus in the air, physically.

The rapture is about all in Christ Jesus coming together united as one in the Holy Spirit.
The coming in the Clouds means Jesus Christ is coming in his majesty too you all.
The Air means the Holy Spirit.
You or all who have true faith are going to be truly born again into the Holy Spirit and you will be of the Kingdom of God and you will be sent out as Jesus disciples into this world.
If you are truly born again now, you are in the Kingdom of God right now in fact and you are sent out among the wolves.

One should not truly fear for there life here that you maybe killed. if one is of great dread in fear for your life, you will be tempted by the deceptions of this world. it's this world that killed Jesus due to the Stain of original Sin, if one truly knows Jesus Christ you have a handle on Sin. Jesus said to for give such people because they know not what they do ? they are much like wild beast in fact driven by there egos. there ego is their god. I want this I want that, well what does the Bible say as to such, well you ask amiss. what you may pray for is not truly addressed to Jesus Christ in fact. and what you ask for maybe just dribbling nonsense to God.
Be carful of what you wish for as well, or you may get it and it's not what you thought it truly was in fact. Oh I want to be rich say ? well with such can come great responsibility not to mention that about the camel and the eye of an needle.
Or, Oh I am on the program of mans works and I am getting on the band wagon with creating the State of Israel, see people tell me this is the way ? but should I ask Jesus Christ ? well Jesus says that he is the King of Israel in fact, it's clear cut as one can get in fact ! so why are people abiding in mans works and creating things for him. the only thing that Jesus Christ ask is that you abide in him only.
You must abide in the Vine and then all comes into place, Jesus Christ is the wellspring that all must drink from.
I am making a pearl necklace for a gooses bridal, to please God. I am sure he will be impressed with that.

Do you know who the 7000 are?

No. This is what is known from scripture: -

Revelation 11:7-14: - The Witnesses Killed

7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9 Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves. 10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.

The Witnesses Resurrected

11 Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. 12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. 13 In the same hour there was a great earthquake/great turmoil, and a tenth of the city fell. In the earthquake/turmoil seven thousand people were killed, and the rest were afraid and gave glory to the God of heaven.

14 The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

I also found an interesting comment in a passage in Isaiah 24:17-18

Isiah 24:17-23: -
17 Fear and the pit and the snare are upon you,
O inhabitant of the earth, {i.e. God’s earth}.
18 And it shall be
That he who flees from the noise of the fear
Shall fall into the pit,
And he who comes up from the midst of the pit
Shall be caught in the snare;
For the windows from on high are open,
And the foundations of the earth are shaken.
19 The earth, {i.e. God’s earth}, is violently broken,
The earth is split open,
The earth is shaken exceedingly.
20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard,
And shall totter like a hut;
Its transgression shall be heavy upon it,
And it will fall, and not rise again.

This passage describes that the people who want to escape because of their fear of the tribulation will be trapped by the snare and will fall into the pit. Somehow, my sense is that it is describing the "Pre-tribbers" and the fate that awaits them in their desirer to escape the tribulations and turmoil that will befall the peoples of the earth.

What happens after the "Rapture, i.e. 1 Thes 4:15-18?" Judgement. And those who are in the Book of Life will receive their inheritance of the whole earth. What is the time frame that this passage is pointing to? The distant future at the end of the Age of the Ages. It is not pointing to a near future "rapture"

Shalom

Hello n2thelight.
Weather pre post or mid trib rapture, I always think of His perfect will, when all is said and done, as being "on earth as it is in heaven. And since our minds cannot conceive of what heaven is truly like, we can only speculate along with what Jesus told us about it. I believe we will all be on the new earth.

Matthew 6: 10
"Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven."

JMHO :)

My guess - and its anyone's - is that after spending a certain amount of time in heaven - doing who knows what - one might want to go on a vacation - back down to some planet .. out there in the universe .. the rule being .. you will not remember your past life while down there..

No rapture here and it is the end of the age.
Mat 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Mat 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
Mat 13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

There is no Rapture. ... no one getting plucked off the planet and whisked directly to heaven ... do not pass Go .. Do not collect $200 .. .. we all must face judgement ... Matt 25 - Sheep and Goats parable - no need to go to apocrypha .. Matt 5-7 gives instructions on how to get through Judgement.

but if Jesus is going to come and sort things out .. better do it soon as we are messing the planet up pretty good .. time may be short :)

Well.. that is an interesting question .. one that I think you have jumped the gun on.

In Matt 5-7 .. most famous sermon "Sermon on Mount" - Jesus talks about what is required to get through the gates.
In the Summary .. Matt 7:21 or therabouts .. Jesus says, "Not all who call Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of Heaven" -
Who are these people if not Christians ? .. those calling Lord Lord.

One can say .. Oh.. but those are not true Christians .. OK .. but then what is a True Christian .. not from your perspective - but from that of Jesus.

Jesus continues "Only the one that does the Will of the Father" - great .. so now we know what a True Christian is - just have to read the Sermon .. in which Jesus states what the will of the Father is.

Unfortunately there is nothing in there stating that Christians will not face judgement ..

When we go to Matt 25 .. it is pretty clear that all will face judgement
- 31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

The basis of that judgement is given further in this passage but also in the Sermon on Mount..

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Only a true believer that does the will of God can be born again!

Act 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
Act 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, (1)Repent, and (2)be baptized every one of you (3)in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission (the cancellation of a debt, charge, or penalty) of sins, and (4)ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The gift of the Holy Ghost is 'eternal life'.

Of course doing the above (which is required) is just the start of the change in your life!

That is all well and fine .. but you are ignoring the teachings of Jesus in Matt 5-7 ... What you have posted does not address what the "Will of the Father" is as per the teachings of Jesus in Matt 5-7

If you wish to talk about what Paul or the author of John had to say ... we can do that .. but why are you ignoring the teachings of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount - where Jesus explains how to get into heaven .. and not all call on the name of the Lord get in - unfortunately.

Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom and that would include what Jesus taught.
Mat 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
