As I've read your posts over the past weeks, I'm interested that you would say this, having seen your pattern of posting.
How many times have you responded to posts that question Biden on moral issues by deflecting towards Trump? Many many.
And of course, you've never answered my question, do you hold Biden to the same accountability as you do Trump? It doesn't seem like it to me.
Much love!
marks,
that is a tough question. Honestly, I am more likely to give slack to a person who is the most qualified for the job. In the case of Biden and Trump, Joe is infinitely more qualified. Now, this bias does not always pay off - in the case of Carter and Reagan, Jimmy was more qualified than Ronald, but Reagan was a better President (even though I did not agree with many of his policies).
As far as morality is concerned, I prefer a moral man or women in the office of President. However, I recognize that power often corrupts people and, the quality of the job is not always effected by personal morality. In the case of Trump, his immoral behavior is not limited to his personal life - the man uses lies to escape responsibility for his actions; enrich himself and his family and most insidiously to attempt to obscure right and wrong - every obvious lie, like crowd size, for example, is conveyed in order to give a clear message; only Donald has the truth - it may sound like BS, but it is true because Donald told us it is true. This form of immorality is playing out in the election - the dems cheated because Biden won and Donald already declared victory.
