Do you think God can't use you and only uses perfectly qualified people? Take a closer look and get in line.

God does not call the qualified...He qualifies the called
, Amen, and you wont find to many of them in church. or with books of how to become a good christian, on th shelf, or in bible college being taught the bible, they are too busy being taught by Christ and trying to be led by the Holy Spirit. And certificates, they look good onthe walls of fasle prophets and preachers, but ours wll be " Christ in us the hope of Glory".

Although the called might already be qualified, and those who are called but not qualified may find the best path to qualification is through qualification.

Of course this assumes that the calling qualification qualifies for qualification.

I agree with it. God always chooses the lowly, the poor, the most humble, and even the worst sinner to be His chosen one to carry out His will. Israel was His chosen people because they were slaves. Slaves were the lowest of the low. They were slaves who came out of Egypt, and God turned these group of slaves into a nation. God used them to show His power to all other people so they will know that He is the one and true God. God also chose David, a young shepherd boy with no military skills. That shepherd boy was able to defeat a giant soldier like Goliath. If God had chosen a great warrior to face Goliath, people would think that it was the skills of this great warrior that defeated Goliath instead of the power of God. And so, David was chosen to show God's power because only the power of God can take a little shepherd boy with no military skills to defeat a warrior like Golaith. And only God can turn that shepherd boy into a king.

God also chose St. Paul, who was a murderer of Christians and turned him into a saint.

Yes, I agree. :)

26 Think about the circumstances of your call, brothers and sisters. Not many were wise by human standards, not many were powerful, not many were born to a privileged position. 27 But God chose what the world thinks foolish to shame the wise, and God chose what the world thinks weak to shame the strong. 28 God chose what is low and despised in the world, what is regarded as nothing, to set aside what is regarded as something, 29 so that no one can boast in his presence. 30 He is the reason you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption, 31 so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord” (1 Corinthians 1:26-31).

Very nice video Truthquest, God chooses He chooses for His purpose. I used to have ordinations and licensed certificates hanging on my wall back when I used to participate within the Christian religious institution. I took them all down with the exception of this one.

CERTIFICATE
of OrdinationFor you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” {1Cor1:26-31}

This is to certify that the bearer hereof ___Jiggyfly___ has been chosen, from the bottom of their class.
Not wise, mighty, nor noble, but "foolish" "weak" and "base". Accordingly he/she is hereby qualified as God leads,
to begin their ministry of confounding the wise and prudent. Moreover, having no excellence of his/her own,
he/she is equipped with the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus their Lord.
For whom they have suffered the loss of all things, that they may "win Christ". For the Father has chosen
to pour this treasure into such "earthen vessels," that the excellency of the power may be of Him. (see 2 Corinthians 4:7)
Furthermore, the bearer hereof, having no wisdom of his/her own, is the recipient of Christ as their only source of Wisdom.
In their weakness He is strong. They have learned what it means to be crucified through weakness and yet alive by the power of God.
(2 Corinthians 13:4) They glory in their weakness that the power of Christ may rest upon them.

I knew you would understand. That has to be the best Certificate of Ordination document that I have ever seen. Did you write this?
Thank you Jiggyfly for sharing this with me and for reassurance today as I am feeling discouraged.

No actually I didn't, I think it was written by George Davis.

My wife and I were both ordained through a non-denominational church quite a few years back. When began to follow HolySpirit away from the religious institution our home became a place where many would come looking for help. Of the many that we have helped, none have asked to see "our credentials", all they really cared about was that we knew Jesus.
