Thank you for your insight Though I am still working on your study, It brought a question to mindMark 823He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man's eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, "Do you see anything?" 24He looked up and said, "I see people; they look like trees walking around." I had always wondered about the significance of this verseDo you think the blind man saw into the spirit world or was his vision still just a little blurry

Mark 8:24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.I believe this verse is meant to be understood in a spiritual sense rather than just literial sense trees are alive but have no knowledge of God. so men walking like trees refers to the men were alive an walking but like trees without knowledge of the father in heaven Mar 8:25 After that he put [his] hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. the next verse says he could only see clearly after looking upward. To look upward toward our Father in heaven. If we put our faith in the Lord we are restored, The only way to see clearly is to look to our Father as all true knowledge comes from God

I think there is also a hebreism here... the man/ backbone thing Hebrew relates men as trees with limbs and a trunk... It was just the way they expressed themselves. Something we have a hard time understanding because its not our language just like our sayings "Cool " doesn't mean is chilly .

Excellent observation. I must admit that is something that I've never noticed. I have to agree with both Kriss and Bets here - it seems to me that there is almost a pun, a play on words, with what's going on here. I mean it's obvious Jesus didn't suffer a malfunction in his power here and this observation is here for a reason. I have to say that I think it clarifies the tree imagery quite well and I think it refers to what Kriss was saying in that regard. As Bets said, tree refers to trunk as a Hebraism for the spine. The Greek used here seems to suggest that route.
