Or then there's some people that you trusted for years until they stabbed you in the back and started spreading lies and gossip about you even though they claimed to be Christians and were promoting things on their website,.. oops maybe I said too much and no guys I'm not talking about this website it was a different Christian forum that shall not be named.

But if it weren't for "That place which shall not be named" I wouldn't have met you.

Getting married in the first place! I should have taken Paul's advice, even though I know why he said it.

So this means you wouldn't have married me then if I was available?

And I thought today was off to a good start, with happy thoughts and positive vibes.

I sometimes wonder where I would be now if I had made different decisions but I have no regrets.

My thoughts pretty much. I KNOW I would have done things differently, I just don't know exactly where I would have ended up instead. It's kinda like, "Well, where I wound up ain't exactly Paradise, but it ain't Dante's Inferno either. So let's just keep moving," LoL :)

All things considered, I'm content now. :)

This is a nice post as well, Ron. This kind of question can actually shine a light on how well we are walking in contentment. Not that we haven't all made mistakes, even terrible mistakes. But in the end, we all have to fight for walking in a Spirit of peace about things, regardless of the decisions we made.

As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
Psalms 103:12 NASB1995
Transgression=legal charge. We are justified as soon as we believe what John 3:16 says.
Sanctification=the long process of being made holy by following Jesus through:
1. denying of self 2. taking up one's cross daily 3. following Jesus.

Guessing most men and women would carry less “baggage” into their marriage.

If that is you in your Avatar, you got a deal! I like strong men, especially holy ones with wings!

That is absolutely me. The severed head gets a little smelly sometimes, but I've been hanging on to it for years now. It's like a trophy of sorts, so I refuse to let it go.

So glad someone still finds me attractive... under the circumstances.

And fix some of the mistakes you made, would you? I think I would, but I would be very careful not to make even bigger mistakes on top of them.
YES.

But if you think of it, we are all born into this world learning to be human and failure is an evitable part of the learning experience. So we would probably just make other mistakes instead, or worse mistakes, and then go back to now and asking ourselves the same question, "What would I fix if I could go back in time?"

the thought of it puts me in a little bit of a twilight zone-like state of mind
