Bogeymen under the bed, in the closet, around the corner, wherever ya go including Church. Sounds like a paranoia you need to keep to yourself. We have talked before, considering what you have been through...what that has done to you...no surprise...no sin, but you do not want it hurting others. There are those that are susceptible to Bogeyman stories and conspiracy theories and witch-hunts. You do not need to fan the fire. Consider your own ingrained negativity and paranoia when you respond.

On the other hand and very important, if you want to talk to someone about your issues...this is the forum for that and I am sure you will find a sympathetic ear of which I am one. But there is no way to "fix" the past, only dealing with the now and moving forward. You have been wronged but even if you could avenge yourself it still would not fix the past.
I don't need to talk to anyone, especially not here. lol And why would I talk to you about any of my personal life? You'd just call me paranoid or crazy. The only reason I share the things I have is for the benefit of other survivors of SRA/MK who need to know they are not alone and there is hope in God.

I will not take on your labels of me, nor the guilt trips. My identity is in Christ. (In HIM, I live and move and have my being.)

All over scripture, there are examples of God's ability to heal us of past wounds. I have walked through healing with the Lord and I'm not crippled by fear. :)

Maybe but imo the end times scare tactics have been around for quite a long time.
You know, I don't know if it's so much an issue of scare tactics as it is pure brainwashing.

Remember when Prophet Shepherd Bushiri brought angels into the church and everyone could see them and then they posted it on the internet? (Forward to 3:06 if you want to see it.) That was a thing people actually believed.

I certainly hope you find healing with Christ.
And you do not have to talk to me.
And define survivors....
This sort of thing damages the mind, instills a mental thread that is prone to paranoia and negativity, even a victim mentality.
How many ways can you abuse someone mentally and physically that leaves a person damaged.
There is a real phenomenon, if you want to call it that, that victims attract predators. How that works I am not sure. I am only guessing but from what I can tell predators see victims as a success story. The predator got away with it, so they think they can too. And then how many victims have this unconscious desire to be victimized again...what is that?

How many women stay in abusive relationships. My mom was beat for years and finally shot by my step dad. It is a power trip, these abusers are generally cowards and it makes them feel powerful to abuse others. When the tables are turned you see the gut wrenching fear in their eyes. My step dad pleaded for his life.

This stuff is rampant. Think about it...who gets lifted up with these claims? Jesus Christ, or man/woman who seems pious in the eyes of followers?

Actually, children do not ask for people to use them. And there are aspects of how the cult works that you have no clue about. What they don't like is when we expose them. It's sad that people in the church who accuse the victims of lying, gossiping, and paranoia are actually a huge part of the cover these people hide behind.

Exactly.

We had our own version in America with the Bible that was dripping oil. Lots of people going to be healed by the Bible that was dripping oil. As it turned out, the guy was just buying gallons of mineral oil.

But when it comes to YouTubers that seriously effect peoples lives, I don't understand why people aren't making it more common knowledge that there are wolves and they are all over the place. Right now said family member believes that we're all going to be limited to one giant store, 2-3 brands of spaghetti sauce, and limited to a loaf of bread per family per week because ... communism.

I said "They're not going to take things that far."

They said "I'm just telling you what the prophet said and we have to take these things seriously."

Well this guy has a past but on the the other side of the coin he has a large following. There are those that say that this is a faked video. In this type of community word travels fast. How many people were present in this video? If this was faked, how many witnesses would there be to tell the community that he was a false prophet. My knee jerk reaction is not to deny these things. I have seen a few angels and they can appear like that. The way I look at it, is that the proof is in the pudding.

I have had experiences with seeing Jesus, hearing His voice, dreams and visions, etc. So I don't doubt these experiences happen. I couldn't say one way or the other as to whether he's telling the truth. I don't know him, never heard of him before today, and I don't watch or patronize self-proclaimed prophets. What I look at is who gets the glory and if there is any real fruit. I have seen so many make these claims only to build their own names. All I can say is what I know.

I can honestly say I have not seen an angel on earth, but this guy is known for faking miracles and last year was wanted for fraud. Pastors at Bethel Church in CA are also rumored to fake "glory clouds" by putting some gold dust in the air.

Cults are a different topic...organized evil. But to think that no one but you understands cults, would be wrong.
Family cults are another topic.
And I agree children do not ask to be abused.

I didn't say no one but me understands. I also didn't say "cults." I said "the cult." If you understood, you wouldn't be here trying to tell me I shouldn't expose them.

Yes that sort of thing does occur and like I said this guy has a criminal past. Angels appearing on que.
Then again God and Angels are real and they have not retired.

Well there is more than one cult out there.
But a Billy Graham cult...don't think so.

Proving you have no clue what I'm talking about...

I could say the same thing about your claims.... that you're spreading gossip and lies about what your stepdad did, and those things just don't happen. You're just making things up.

But honestly, that isn't me. I actually believe you. But because someone is famous, they get unquestionable favor and pardon. Surely, they're incapable of sinning because they're better than that.

I stand by what I said...

That is what my (former) handler pastor would tell us...that he had an angel and his ministry had an angel. Everyone was afraid that his "angel" would strike anyone dead who went against him....because that was his claims, and there were dead people to "prove" it was so.

I take no offense in whether you believe me or not. My point is these people are cowards.
And fame can go either way. Fame can make you a target.
Then again these people that actually do these things are the sin. It has become them...sin is lurking at the door; and its desire is for you
For example Biden is a creep...he cannot stop even if the video is rolling.
Plenty of famous people have been caught...Jim Bakker, David Koresh, Jim Jones.

Yes, and yet this was a pastor who led a local cult which was only one sect of the larger elite cult which operates as a unit worldwide. He was the same person who took me to different locations around the world (South America as well as a face to face visit with the Jesuit black pope) as a child to be used.

That is horrible stuff.
But if you do not get over it....they are still ruining your life.
