How to be saved (born again) and join the family of God!!! Believe God's Word!!

Romans: Chapter 10 verse 9-10-13 GOD SAYS=

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be Saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession
is made unto Salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be Saved....................

---------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------

An example prayer for those that have never talked to God!

Heavenly Father:........................................... ...............................
I come to you in prayer asking for the forgiveness of
my Sins. I confess with my mouth and believe with my
heart that Jesus is your Son, And that he died on the
Cross at Calvary that I might be forgiven and have
Eternal Life in the Kingdom of Heaven. Father, I believe
that Jesus rose from the dead and I ask you right now
to come in to my life and be my personal Lord and
Savior. I repent of my Sins and will Worship you all the
day's of my Life!. Because your word is truth, I confess
with my mouth that I am Born Again and Cleansed
by the Blood of Jesus! In Jesus Name, Amen

It is also a good idea to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (Acts of the Apostles 2:38-39); for the Holy Ghost is absolutely promised to all those who submit to this ordinance.

Yes!!Jesus wants all born-again believers to be baptized not to be saved but because they have been saved!!

They have been partially saved in that they have died to self.

In receiving baptism, they will then be buried and risen with Christ in order that they might walk in newness of life.

The Holy Ghost is eternal life. We are born with body and spirit but our spirit is not eternal. Because of that we must be born again. This is how we receive God's eternal Spirit. Water is symbolic in birth and is required to be born again.

Even worse? Hanging from a Roman cross, literally Turning to the Savior Of Mankind asking to be Saved, but having to be rejected because the Roman Soldiers would not let him climb down off of the Cross, head down to the Jordan River , get Baptized and then return to the his cross ....His Heart was Right, he turned to Jesus for Salvation—- he got so much right! Alas, no chance to be water Baptized equals no chance to be Saved.....Hog Wash.
Getting dunked in water , in and of itself , means nothing.....the Great Evangelist, Oliver Greene admitted that he got baptized his first time because he thought it would help him get in some girl’s pants ....it ain't the water dunking that matters...it’s what that water immersion represents ....the only Baltism that counts for you Salvation is being Baptized into the Body Of Christ . Lacking that, you can stand all day beneath Niagara Falls and you are wasting your time....

In teh end of it all it means nothing if

Mar_10:14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

how they love to with hold men from Christ,

Mat_11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Mat_11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

But they will not come

and soon that door will be shut.

Luk 14:16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:
Luk 14:17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
Luk 14:18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
Luk 14:19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.
Luk 14:20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
Luk 14:21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
Luk 14:22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.

Its coming

I think that you misunderstand what my doctrine is. It is still the same as it was before.

Not that baptism is the only way a man can be saved; but that baptism in Jesus' Name for the remission of sins will provide assurance of salvation that you cannot have without it.

If you merely believe you "should not perish" (John 3:16)

If you believe and are baptized you "shall be saved" (Mark 16:16)

If you believe and call on the name of the Lord you "shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)

If you believe and are baptized you have the words of Jesus assuring you that you shall be saved. This is absolute terminology as opposed to the iffy terminology in John 3:16.

And in Romans 10:13 you have the words of Paul telling you that you shall be saved. Some don't see Paul as being as authoritative as Jesus. I think he is just as good.

But of course, Acts 22:16 does teach us that men called on the name of the Lord when they were baptized in the days of the early church; and therefore I don't necessarily see Romans 10:13 as being separate from Mark 16:16.

Of course, when we compare Acts 2:39 to Romans 8:30, it becomes clear that those whom He predestined He will call. And that the conditional promise of the Holy Ghost through baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins is given to as many as the Lord our God shall call. So those who are called will fulfill the condition and receive the promise.

Your man in the desert can call on the name of the Lord and he shall be saved, without water.

The fact that he shall be saved indicates to me, however, that he is very likely to survive his desert experience and will come to a place where there is water available later. If he does not avail himself of it, maybe he called on the name of the wrong Jesus and therefore the promise that he "shall be saved" is null and void.

I haven't said that the man can't be saved apart from water.

The beginning of his salvation can happen without it.

But if someone is saved by calling on the name of the Lord; but later rejects water baptism in Jesus' Name, something is amiss; they very likely weren't really saved.

But of course, the Lord is the final judge of these things and not I...

Good for you, you wouldnt want to be found on the side of the accuser, condemning those that Christ made innocent. Leave salvation to Him and stop adding to it, there are enough religions doing that

Of course, if you do not believe that Jesus is the great I AM, unto the moment of death, you will die in your sins (John 8:24).

I repent of my Sins and will Worship you all the
day's of my Life!.

Sounds good and “ Holy” , doesn’t it.....it’s not the Gospel .....NOWHERE in the KJV does it say “ repent of sins” to be Saved......What the KJV “ DOES” say is to simply BELIEVE that Jesus died for your Sins and rose from the dead and if one Believes that AlOnE ....one will be Saved.....
The Gospel is NOT what “ You” Promise to do for God. The Gospel is what God has promised to do for you...... “IF” you Trust Him.....you Prove you Trust Him by Resting in the Gospel Alone......That means not adding to it with ANYTHING! Even if it sounds as good as Promises from you to God in regards to Repentance and Obedience——- both great things to concern yourself with—— AFTER you get Saved by Resting in what Jesus accomplished at the Cross ....”Nothing But The Blood” Just happens to be True . NOTHING.
