Are you saying that the relationship with the Holy Spirit conflicts with Acts 17:11 (NIV) which reads, 'Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true'?

I think you are promoting an oxymoron. It is the Holy Spirit who has determined the content of Scripture that Christians need to think about and meditate on.
