    Welcome Hashim.
    It was apparently the Father's plan to provide a savior or redeemer who was worthy to provide an infinite and eternal sacrifice which could redeem all mankind. According to scripture this divine plan was in place "before the foundations of this world were laid." Christ was the one who was foreordained to that unique mission.
