I was looking up kidney stone videos for a friend at Worthy. Dr. Berg gives a list of things high in oxalates. So I found out I better eat some cheese with my almonds and peanuts....had bought a big jug of trail mix with those nuts. And I better not overdo on them.

Be careful about too much raw spinach. It has a lot of oxalates which can cause kidney stones. Dr. Berg has videos about it. He did say eating some cheese with things that have oxalates helps.

Dr. Berg does say check with your doctor. But this is an excellent video. Someone told me they have kidney stones and are hesitant about surgery.
