I am fine Helen , except at night [sleeping]I do not move around and my circulation in my legs wakes me up I have to get up and walk around, it hurts I thought I was taking the correct vitamins for this but I guess not... I guess living here I do not do all that I once did....

Good Morning ;) I'm kind of tired, got to go to a B.B. game yesterday........ it started out ok, but we lost. My grand son pitched for a few inning and did good. But there were two others boys, also who did. I had been going to the twins [ G.D. ] games they are only 8 years old...

We had 85* today.......... and the air condition is not working good...... My son does this work air and heating....... and is fixing it now........ for some reason it was a easy job...... ? don't know why and if its going to continue. We had company and they are all out now...

Helen that weight is so easy to put on ! But seems to take forever to get it off. We had potatoes, green beans & chicken.....
