Feeling tired, unmotivated, overwhelmed, and discouraged. I may need to scale down my to-do list to just two things.

Have lost a pound. Not good right now. Time to eat more. My appetite has been very low. Hubby suggested some more calorie dense meals so Ill pick up groceries for that today. I don't want my pregnancy doctor giving me the side eye because they think Im dieting.
