WE FORGOT the reality of the holocaust decades ago. and there have been "holocausts" here and there with some regularity ever since. SInce the winnwers write the history, it's distorted enough that when the NEXT holocaust comes, we won't recognize it - until it's too late.

Why bother?? All the translations say the same thing, and the Holy Spirit is ever present to give wisdom. The whole thing is just another meaningless "Tempest in a teapot".

L learned to read in the KJV when I was 7-8. I've learned most of the "Workarounds for the bad areas of translation, so no need to baother wih other translations. They all say the same thing anyway, so one's as good as another. I DO like the OLD "Living" paraphrase, though.
