They can if they sin by trying to keep the Law which is still in effect for sinners ....Gal 5:4. This makes them sinners by default.

Would you like to see the verses in the NT that tell us that Law is still in effect today(for sinners)?

Only those that obey Acts 2:38 are under Grace....the rest are under the Law.
