Jesus said blessed is he that hath part in the first resurrection… He will reign with Christ for 1000 years. Except for those that teach that there is no reign of Christ.

He is released at the last portion of the millennial reign to challenge the Lord. The dead that were not part of the first resurrection are raised after the end comes.

If we are Spirit filled and led, the OT Laws have no significance in our lives. They cannot be used to please God, nor can they be used to obtain righteousness(or even judge us). They are moot.
