The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Jesus commanded only Peter to “tend” and “feed” his sheep. Any reasonable adult would agree tending and keeping sheep is the role of a shepherd. So Peter was installed by Christ as the Shephard of the Church, through whom the Holy Spirit leads the Church. The Church is the “fullness” of Christ...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

The “Acts church” did not feature individuals believers interpreting Scripture for themselves and inventing their own doctrine. The NT didn’t even exist as a recognized canon at that time, and Church doctrine was decided by a central authority made up of appointed ministers (even Paul was under...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

You keep talking about exactly imitating the Church described in Acts, yet you can’t tell me what that Church’s doctrines were. You can’t even prove that everything the early Church taught and practised is described in the NT. I love your conclusion that the true Church doesn’t have a name...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

No, they don't - Catholics believe faith + works saves, which is what James 2 says - "a man is justified by works and not be faith alone" and "faith without works is dead". Faith alone doesn't save. Works alone don't save. The "faith + works" formula is reiterated in Rev 12:17, 14:12. Call it...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Your starting point is wrong from the get-go, so anything that proceeds from that point will be wrong. The Church is the starting point of Christianity, not the Scriptures (Eph 4:4-16).

Judging by the results of Sola Scriptura, chaos and confusion represent the Truth.

And God created sunflowers as mark of the sungod Baal.

In order to burn candles lawfully, we need a commandment from Jesus that says so?

Denial of the Trinity is a mark of the beast.

It was funny the first time, but now it's getting a little boring.

Hilarious! But how did you manage to get it so wrong?

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Huh? Who said anything about a new foundation? The prophets and the Bible writers were all fallible human beings, yet God used them to utter and/or write God's infallible words. So you must agree that God can take a fallible man and inspire him to utter and/or write God's infallible words...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

No mention of lying, stealing or murder in that letter. So, according to your logic, a Christian is free to do those things.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

I heard that the Pope sacrifices a human every morning and then eats his heart for breakfast. Even worse, I know for a FACT that some Catholics BURN CANDLES in their Churches!!!

Which law of the Ten Commandments is no longer applicable to Christians? Are stealing, lying, murder and adultery lawful for Christians?

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Unlike the OT, I can't find anything in the NT that prohibits Christians from having sex with animals. Does that mean bestiality is lawful for Christians?

I agree. The Ten Commandments are moral law and therefore eternal. . The Sabbath was holy from the very beginning of creation (Gen 1).
