The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

Yes, all Israel. It's not just speaking of an ethnicity otherwise it could be deducted that it includes the wicked Jews; rather it is speaking of those deemed God's people (those who have contended with God and man and prevailed) throughout history.....as did Jacob who subsequently had his name...

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

It is happening when Jesus returns in the clouds with his mighty angels. It will be a global thing......every eye shall see him....including those who pierced him. What I deduct from 'those that pierced him' is there will be a 'special' resurrection of those people. In any case, that last bit is...

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

@St. SteVen There the story of Lazarus and the rich man. The punch line and purpose of the story is to convey this; 'if they do not believe Moses and the Prophets, they wont believe even if one rose from the dead.' In the face of empirical evidence, they choose to disregard, disbelieve and reject.

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

Remember Rev. 6:15-16? They cry for the rocks and mountains to fall on them. Take a look at the list of who it is. Rev. 6:15-16 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the...

It doesn't have to be a dead end but it is if people choose it.

WHO IS THE ROCK? JESUS OR PETER

All who believe God has forgiven their sins have the privilege and the desire to share this gift with others. It opens heaven, it opens life....it was for this purpose Jesus came. When there is no desire to share forgiveness, one has not seen forgiveness.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Does one need to carry a label to believe in Jesus?

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

Love is vulnerable. Taking this into consideration, God is not in control as it is generally understood. Love does not force. it allows others the freedom to choose even to his and their own hurt. Sin and those who insist on clinging to it will come to an end because the rest of creation will...

WHO IS THE ROCK? JESUS OR PETER

The keys of the kingdom is the message of the Gospel...it is the message of forgiveness. It liberates people. All God's people have the privilege and gift to forgive sins.

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

Has it been considered that God is not responsible for the choice people make? Judas chose to suicide (die) Do we hold God responsible and say sin wins? Why would some choose to die? I would say they have been deceived...yes, tricked into believing suicide is the best option. If many (as Rev.6...

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

The second resurrection is that of the wicked. Teeming billions from every age marching from over the whole earth (as sands on the seashore) They surround The City (the New Jerusalem which has come down from heaven) It is radiant beyond anything they could imagine. They desire to take it by...

Huge falling-out with a supposed christian friend, feeling awful

Had you considered she had been patient with you for years and any messages she sent were not heard....then the dam burst? Will you blame her for her burst dam? Will you justify yourself in an attempt to take the heat off yourself? Perhaps what she had to say needed to be taken notice of even if...

Huge falling-out with a supposed christian friend, feeling awful

Giving you support is difficult, not because it's difficult to give but because you justify yourself after admitting you made mistakes....then finding blame in the other person.

The Great Tribulation Began in 70AD and Continues to This Very Day

The Great Tribulation Began in 70AD and Continues to This Very Day The Great Tribulation began when Adam ate the fruit. It was a pain, they felt compelled to put clothes on in front of each other 'cuz there wasn't anyone else around. It wasn't as if their Johnie and Johnette's were secrets. I...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity? We come to Jesus with all sorts of muddled ideas, ie if we do come to him. It will depend on the influences which have shaped us which determine the nature of the muddle. If we are willing, the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth...

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

Your qualification is determined by yourself.....quite the contrary to how you presume to qualify others. Unfortunately, I have little hope you would understand this statement.

The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

hahaha....I guess you assume you can read others accurately even when they tell you what they mean. I think that is incredibly arrogant.......then you project your own shortcoming. All this does is hide you from yourself....and shrinks your self awareness.

You quote texts unrelated to suit your own agenda Hidden.....then you flesh out that agenda, unaware of the audacity involved in advising what we should be doing. Your approach is self serving.....bolstering your ego.
