    Question no Protestant can answer

No, the verse means what it says, Jesus atoned not just for the apostles sins, nor just for the sins of the “elect” few, but for the WHOLE world. There isn’t limited atonement, there is limited application of His atonement to only those who believe, repent, and choose to receive Jesus.

    The First Condition of salvation

And unfortunately, since God didn’t spare Sodom because there weren’t even ten righteous there, none of those family members were righteous. Noah had some relatives left behind, too. Baruch HaShem HaMashiach Yehoshua

    The First Condition of salvation

Hyper-grace teachers claim repentance is unneeded after being saved, but Jesus never got that memo - He warned four out of seven churches of their need to repent. Some of them claim no repentance is even needed to be saved, by claiming that repentance is included in faith, which is not so...

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

Since I am not the nation of Israel, and since I was never a slave in Egypt , nor delivered from slavery in Egypt, then that covenant sign given only to the nation of Israel wouldn’t apply to me - even if the old covenant, which includes the Decalogue, was still I effect - which it is not. BTW...

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

Two scriptures cut to the chase about not having to keep the 7th day sabbath: Gal 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage? Gal 4:10 Ye observe DAYS and months, and...

Why I believe in the rapture.

The day of the lord is not a harvest, tts a day of vengeance and death by flaming fire - do you REALLY think that will take Jesus a thousand years to do? And since the sun goes dark on the day of the lord, do you REALLY think there’s a thousand years of darkness during the millennium? Isa...

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

God never commanded anyone to keep a sabbath command, until He gave it to Israel, as a memorial of remembrance of being set free from Egyptian slavery, after their Exodus, and as a covenant sign between the nation of Israel, and Himself: Deu 5:15 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a...

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

It clearly states to let no man, such as you, judge me concerning a sabbath, which is a shadow of things to come - the millennium, per Barnabas - but the SUBSTANCE that casts the shadow, is JESUS. Keeping sabbaths is keeping shadows. The sabbath day of rest was a foreshadow of Jesus becoming...

Why I believe in the rapture.

The day of the lord is called A DAY for a good reason. It’s not a thousand years. The day of the lord is synonymous with the second coming, as proven in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10. That passage states that He comes with flaming fire, and vengeance, and kills evil doers at His second coming and...

Why I believe in the rapture.

Can’t agree. Revelation 19 has to take place AFTER the last 42 months of tribulation, because His return to fight a war in chapter 19 ends the reign of the Antichrist, the beast, and false prophet - thus ending the tribulation. The satanic trinity can’t be ruling the world, making war on the...

Why I believe in the rapture.

That’s not what I said. Christians are spiritually reborn, which obviously changes our spirit and makes it completely new, which is why that even though our bodies are the same after the new birth, scripture says, if any man be in Christ, he IS A NEW creation. That’s obviously not our bodies...

Jesus comes to earth in Revelation 19.

Why I believe in the rapture.

Timtofly: Christians are born again and spiritually reborn - and do not remain spiritually dead: Eph 2:4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, Eph 2:5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been...

Why I believe in the rapture.

Timtofly needs to realize that when the abomination of desolation reveals the son of perdition, it’s not a revelation that Satan exists - it’s that the false Messiah reveals that he’s the satanic antichrist, when he claims to be God, after entering the 3rd temple and stopping the sacrifice. I...

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

The tribulation is 7 years - 42 months of general tribulation followed by 42 months of great tribulation with the mark of the beast during the great tribulation. All believers in Christ go up in the rapture, pre or mid trib rapture) regardless of ethnicity, leaving behind unsaved gentiles and...

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

Please. (pronounced PUH - LEEZE) There’s not one gospel for the Jews with an earthly kingdom and another gospel for the gentiles with a home in heaven. There’s one gospel of the kingdom of Christ, offered FIRST to the Jew, THEN to the gentile/Greek. Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the...

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

You need to calm down a little, as the rapture isn’t a salvational doctrine, and if you keep being angry and insulting, you’ll get a warning from a moderator, FYI.

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

The rapture Paul discusses in 2 Thessalonians 2 is not a separate rapture from 1 Thessalonians 4. That rapture is a mid trib event, therefore so is 1 Thessalonians 4.

Why I believe in the rapture.

Whet do you think Jesus rose in? A mortal body? What kind of body do those raised at the resurrection have? A mortal body? Obviously no, to both questions.

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

The deal is how Luke 21, Matthew 24 and 2 Thessalonians 2 dovetail with each other - all three accounts have tthe son of perdition/abomination of desolation, and then the day of the Lord at the second coming of Christ, with the rapture. And 2 Thessalonians 1 unequivocally has the second coming...
