Excellent : you agree that sometimes Christians do not walk in the Spirit, then, right? Both are true: Grace is unearned, and those who are doers of the Law are walking in Grace, the unearned gift of righteousness, God's righteousness by the gift of faith, "from faith to faith", not their own...

Again, you're calling Paul, who says, "doers of the Law... Gentile [believers]", a liar. Paul says they are "doers of the Law"--and based on that they will be "justified".

You are contradicting Paul, not me. Gentile believers are deemed "doers of the Law". The text is not going to change, no matter how many times you batter ram it. It is forever. It will not be moved. "doers of the law will be justified"

How am I "interpreting" it wrong? Those who walk by the spirit fulfill the Law (Ro 8:4)--and the Gentile believers who walk by the spirit are deemed "doers of the law" who will be "justified". You have a problem with that, I accept it. NOW, as to how to square that with being saved by grace...

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

It's not that bad unless my diet is really bad. The better my diet is the better dialysis goes. It's mostly annoying. It breaks my days apart.

Gentile believers are "doers of the Law". The content which Paul cites is "do not steal" "do not commit adultery" and "do not commit idolatry" (Ro 2:20-22)--obvious things.

I noted that Paul says doers of the Law will be justified, and then cites the Gentile believers as "doers of the Law". Your argument against this is "No, that's not true". You, separately, raised the question "What are the righteous requirements of the Law?" It's not relevant, because, HOW EVER...

What relevance does it have that Paul was trying to humble the Jewish Christians in citing the Gentile believers as "doers of the Law" who would be "justified"? Are you saying Paul is a liar, and uses lies to humble Jewish Christians? Why would that work? Is that what you practice? LOL I think...

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

I have shown they are incoherent endlessly--and all teachers and commentaries (including your OSAS brothers) agree with me, and disagree with you, because the reality of the matter really is that self-evident.

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

Irrelevant: my God forgets righteousness, yours doesn't, so you think God changes. Your God isn't "the same yesterday today and forever". No, "they also are willing to forgive others" is not Christ's teaching. Don't lie about Christ. Christ said you must make a choice--and if you make the wrong...

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

Guys, @CadyandZoe @Eternally Grateful @Behold As much fun as it is, I gotta peel myself away from the computer to make sure I'm getting some things done that I have to get done. Also gotta get ready to go to dialysis. Thanks for iron sharpening iron time!

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

You are of no assistance, because your interpretations and assumptions are manifestly incoherent.
  13. GracePeace

Not relevant: Paul says the Gentile believers are doers of the Law (how ever you want to define it--not relevant) who will be justified.

Am I Paul the Apostle? No. It's PAUL who says the doer of the Law will be justified. We don't get to pick and choose what we believe.

No Condemnation For Those In Christ, But... Sinning Believers Are Condemned Ro 14:23?

Nope. We've been through this. You failed to prove your case, and we saw, in addition, that no one else (no teachers, no commentaries) agree with your view. You proceeded to theorize a conspiracy was afoot in the bookstores, because people were money-grubbing, and didn't love God, and that that...

Remember, you're trying to debunk my claim that "doers of the Law will be justified", and "Gentile believers" are cited as examples of just such men--therefore, YOUR DEFLECTION AND VAIN WRANGLING OVER DEFINING "RIGHTEOUS REQUIREMENT OF THE LAW" DOES NOT MATTER. The fact remains that the Gentile...

HAHA The statement "love fulfills the law" is evidence that what the Law requires is that you love.
