Nonsense. He is the Son of God, always has been, always will be. (Aside: LDS Christians have a lot of misconceptions about Nicene Christians, just like the vise versa).

For the record: LDS Christians believe that the Father, Son, and Spirit are three different persons in one God. And the Nicine Creed is not scripture nor not the foundation If Christianity.

Each person heard the word of God in their own tongue, by the power of God. Simple as that. There's no mention of babbling or stuff like that. Just people hearing the word of God in their own tongue.
