    Those who deny Eternal Security

More accurately POTS. The church and Christ are one flesh as husband and wife....I think you missed that part.

    Those who deny Eternal Security

Jesus' shed blood sanctifies us (Hebrews 13:12, Hebrews 10:29) and cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). This means that our capacity to sin has been dealt with at the Cross. Other scriptures to ponder (Romans 6:6, Galatians 5:24).

    Those who deny Eternal Security

Of course the doctrine of the inevitability of sinning is not the truth and is therefore damnable heresy and false doctrine.

    Salvation the free gift

It was Paul who said that all scripture is inspired of the lord and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness... So then, the following is profitable for doctrine... And also, the "Lucky" aspect of repentance is most assuredly spoken of in 1...

Let’s Do a “ Dangerous” Experiment— BB plays “ God”......

You apparently missed the fact that I said exactly that in my post above... . . . Ok, Chester... Eze 33:11, Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for...

    Those who deny Eternal Security

I don't think I am sinless; I consider that if I am sanctified wholly, that sin is rendered dead within me (Romans 6:6, Galatians 5:24, Romans 7:8) so that it no longer has any say over my behaviour. Jesus died on the Cross to save us from our sins (Matthew 1:21). Not just from their penalty...

    Those who deny Eternal Security

"sinless perfection" is a misnomer that is applied to the doctrine of entire sanctification in order to create a straw man that is easily toppled by 1 John 1:8. In all reality, 1 John 1:8 does not say, "If we say that we do no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us." Read it...

    Those who deny Eternal Security

And therefore, the doctrine of entire sanctification is good news to them.

I thought that I would bring this to the forefront...

No, I do not preach that entire sanctification is the means to salvation; I preach that it will be the end result of a real salvation. In Romans 4:11 (which I have mentioned this before), it teaches that circumcision of the heart is not necessary in order to have righteousness imputed unto you...

I thought that I would bring this to the forefront...

I believe that you included in what was in my quote, something that I did not say.

    entire sanctification*

Jesus, of course, said in Matthew 23 that we need to cleanse the inside of the cup and platter so that the outside may also be clean. This is doable through faith in the blood of Christ (see 1 John 1:7, 1 John 1:9, Titus 2:14).

    entire sanctification*

"sinless perfection" is a misnomer applied to the doctrine of entire sanctification in order to produce a straw man argument that is easily toppled by 1 John 1:8. In all reality, the doctrine of entire sanctification does not teach that the element of sin is eradicated from us when we are...

    Another question for mormons.

Usually, when the devil quotes scripture, he doesn't quote the whole verse.

    The Trinity definition

No, you have not disparaged my testimony; but others here have attacked me in recent days. Distinct, not separate. And I do not deny that they are distinct to the point of being distinct from each other as members of the Godhead. So that the Father is not the Son (while the Son is the...

    The Trinity definition

Of course that is what is needed (Romans 8:16)...and of course I have this inner testimony.

    Those who deny Eternal Security

What's so funny about bringing scripture to bear on the situation?

    Those who deny Eternal Security

1 John 1:8... And it teaches not that if we say that we do no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us... But that if we say that we have no sin... Therefore it is speaking of indwelling sin and not practical sinning. Otherwise it is in contradiction to 1 John 3:9, 1 John 3:6...
