Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Moses wrote nothing on the tables of stone. He reiterated in the Mosaic Law what God wrote in stone twice.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

What was the problem with the Corinthians? Right, they turned into Legalists who resorted to the lies of the murderous Jews who taught the people to earn salvation by keeping the law, which was a "ministry of death". See what I did there? I showed you that "ministry of death" doesn't refer to...

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

It's referring to the ceremonial Mosaic Law, not the Ten Commandments, for several unanswerable arguments: Everything on Paul's list is ceremonial, and his mention of the "sabbath" contextually is referring to the Israelite Feast Days - Leviticus 23 calls those Feast Days "sabbaths". Paul said...

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Of course it was created in Eden, because that's when it was blessed, according to Exodus 20:11 KJV. I didn't say there was NT evidence the Sabbath was commanded in Eden...but we know for sure it existed as a commandment BEFORE Mount Sinai.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Yes, the ''carnal commandment" had to do with the Earthly priesthood, while the Ten Commandments are "holy, just, and good"....two different laws.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Your entire premise is undermined by the simple fact that the word "law" is referring to the Mosaic Law based on Genesis 26:5 KJV which says Abraham obeyed all kinds of God's laws loooooooooooooooooooooong before the time of Moses.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

I've answered all your baseless arguments, and if I skipped one, I'm sure I can answer it, as well, because a blind man with Holy Spirit discernment can see there is a difference between what God wrote in stone and what Moses wrote on scrolls.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

We no longer live under a Theocracy...but does that mean we're free to break the Ten Commandments? Of course not.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Look, your constant yelling is getting annoying. If you can't engage in a theological discussion -- which is perhaps the greatest depository of controversy -- without becoming emotionally unhinged, then maybe you should avoid them.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Wrong, maybe most translations don't render it in such a way, but Lamsa's Pishitta accurately does so: "It is therefore the duty of the people of God to keep the Sabbath". Hebrews 4:9 KJV, Lamsa's Pishitta.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

How about you ask Spurgeon, Adam Clarke, Matthew Henry, etc. what the proof texts are, because they are the same ones I and others see as proof. I'm not going to waste time typing up what is readily available for you to read elsewhere, so please stop insinuating the absence of texts is evidence...

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

OK, I'll let Jesus do it: "He that is not with Me is against Me". "If ye love Me, keep My commandments" - "His Ten Commandments" which He spoke at Sinai, according to Psalms 78:1-2 KJV.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

It is not "theory" - it is fact, which rests on this below and more. (BTW, when did I specify the "first" tables went into the Ark? Do you think I don't know Moses broke the first set? God wrote the second set - NOT MOSES - and they went into the Ark. God didn't even trust a MAN to write what...

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Why are you limiting the Sabbath to being only a sign of the OC when it is clearly a sign to all those who are sanctified by God? "..that they may know that I am the Lord that doth SANCTIFY them." Again, the Sabbath was made for M-A-N, not J-E-W.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

So, do you believe in the popular sentiment "In me, salvation makes no change except God's opinion of the sin that remains"? If not, then you need to return back to Present Truth, dear.

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

Yes, which is why we who rest in "another day" God spoke of - the day of the Church - we ought to be better Sabbath keepers than those who refused to enter into His rest in the original "day of David".

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

So, you've substituted "Old Covenant" for "law" in Romans 3:31 KJV...please tell us all how it is you plan to "establish the Old Covenant".

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

It's most certainly the same day as it was before...do you not understand that we are going to be keeping the same Sabbath day in eternity that is our duty to keep in the here and now? The Sabbath has never changed nor has it been suspended, and I don't see why thinking Christians who argue to...

Jesus Is Our Truth, Reward, And Faithfulness So We Can Lie, Steal, and Fornicate?

What does "another day" refer to? To Sunday, like most Christians argue? Of course not. It's talking about the "day" or "period" of David when Israel was supposed to enter into God's rest and enjoy eternal peace and fulfillment of all God's promises.....but since they rejected that rest, Christ...
