    Heaven within the Greek and Hebrew cognates is actually a rock elevation, and the cognates for earth actually mean soil. There is no known word for planet Earth in Hebrew, or perhaps even Greek.

    Ah, crummy Greek scholarship. I think it should be translated, "; and the God it was". More so, qualitative means we think it should be like an English mass noun or multicount singular noun.

    I have known people who are friendly on the surface, but they are always rude when you test them. The Pharisees were white on the outside, but rude when tested. Are you also accusing me of being rude?
