No there wasn't. The Tabernacle was used up and until the Temple was complete. But then there could have been 10 Tabernacles scattered everywhere for people to come and pray. In either case show your source showing there were two Holy Places during the time of construction of the Temple.

The Tabernacle was built because God instructed Moses to build it and they were to carry it with them until they reached the promise land. Then King Solomon was instructed by God to build the Holy Temple as a permanent structure because they had reached their destination.
