I don’t know if I’m a Calvin, but the thing I’m Having a hard time reconciling is Jesus clearly states He chose the twelve, and I’m certain He chose Paul, everyone accepts this and says God cannot change then they say I chose?

You posted a lot of scripture telling us who Jesus received authority from, but none of Jesus claiming himself as doing the works?
