Not at all. Your belief about Romans 8:9 is just unbelievable.

So you believe Romans 8:9 is talking about our body when it says you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit? Amazing! What about Romans 7:5-6 5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. 6 But now we...

It is not a metaphor at all. Paul is talking about the nature, whether a sin nature, or a nature that can partake of the divine nature of God. That is the IF. He speaks of another flesh which is our body, but when he refers to not being in the flesh in Romans 8:9 he means the carnal flesh of the...

9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. Seeing as you claim to be in the flesh I can see why you don't understand that Romans 7:14-25 is about those under the law and are in...

You are reading Romans 7 and 1 John 1 out of context. We are dead to the Law of Moses. The Jews still had desires to commit murder, thus they killed Jesus. But Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to dwell inside of us if we repent. If we do not have the Spirit of Christ we do not belong to Him, and if...

Oh Davy NO!!! That is a lie of the devil. A false doctrine by men who could not witness God's cleansing power of their nature in themselves! John 15:3 says you are clean. Not after you die. Don't you know then it will be too late!!! Here is the reality of after we die - Revl. 22:11 "11 He who...

Oh, good grief. I'm not talking theology! I'm talking how long ago Adam was created. But, I agree that most churches, whether Catholic, Orthodox or Protestant believe humanistic doctrines like they never read a Bible before in their lives. Especially, the condescension they give to the power of...

Why differentiate between Jewish and Christian? Christians believe what the Jews do. But I do not know how Jews come up with this year being 5785. Do you?

The reason I believe it was not approved back then is the chapter I shared is a prophecy of Christ's return, but 6,000 years was almost 2,000 years in the future. Tichendorf in the 1700's discovered it in a monastery and copied it down because the monks wanted to burn it for fuel! This is the...

The Epistle of Barnabas was written in the first century and read in all the churches and was one of the books they considered for inclusion in the canon, but scholars tried to put a date later than the first century, but then why was it on six lists of books that were to be considered? If they...

Yes, I mentioned that in #31

They were 24 hour days, but the mystery was it also had a prophetic meaning according to The Epistle of Barnabas, chapter 15. Barnabas 15:1 Moreover concerning the Sabbath likewise it is written in the Ten Words, in which He spake to Moses face to face on Mount Sinai; And ye shall hallow the...

What is your opinion of the geneology of Jesus recorded in the gospels? One of them goes back to Adam who was made on the 6th day, recited as and the evening and the morning was the 6th day. The "evening and morning" depicts this as a 24 hour day as were the rest, not a prophetic day or...

Why don't I believe the earth is flat??? My answer is still NO. And the Bible agrees.

Were you taught evolution in school? I never was so I don't have to fight against myths in my brain.

No.

It is the completion of the maturing of the fruit of the Spirit that you must be abiding IN Jesus to receive. Jesus is the one maturing us. This is a process some erroneously call sanctification, but is actually glorification we receive while living on the earth, not after we die.

There are some who do not grow to holiness. Why? You must abide in Christ in order to grow in the fruit of the Spirit towards holiness. 2 Peter 1:8-9. What is your definition of God's grace? There are more than one.

Right. I should have said keep and grow in God's gift of righteousness. The born again naturally keep His commandments, and should run from temptations. Abiding in Christ is the next step towards holiness, which is Christ's ultimate goal for us. "Be holy as I am holy."

I believe when the earth, sun and moon reach being created 6,000 years ago, Jesus, the Creator, will return to rule the earth for 1,000 years. God does things in prophetic language. Because the earth was created in 6 days, it is appointed to man 6,000 years to overcome sin until Jesus returns...
