Where do you get your Authority?

That is one thing that can make me angry. If I present some arguement and am just ignored as though I'm not in the room. At least say something, like no or that is stupid.

How is a person converted to becoming a Christian?

To put it simply you get cornered. Someone is speaking the gospel. Their words resinate with your spirit, because your spirit recognizes the voice of Jesus. And Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart at the same time.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

So you assume people would follow Jesus even if he hadn't suffered? I can't say I agree. Perhaps half as many. Jesus is also not appealing to the lust of the flesh, an effective recruiting method.

Should Christians still cast lots today?

Maybie, divination is a broad category?

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

Yeh, if Jesus didn't suffer then people would be complain about Jesus being being unworthy to follow to their deaths.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

The whole concept of sacrifice is giving up something to in time get out of it something better.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

I'm not rationalizing, Jesus' sacrifice was perfectly well planned. The devil trying to thwart God's plans by having Jesus executed ended up fulfilling God's plans. I'll bet his face was red.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

The Father knew what would be the end result. Victory over death. God didn't suffer permanent loss.

    One Spirit

I think spirits defy conventional wisdom, as they function as the will of a person but are also independent persons separate from the whole.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

You're all over the place with non sequiturs. Makes it difficult to debate, but if your intention is to rant against the sky that works.

Should Christians still cast lots today?

Proverbs 16:33 We may throw the dice, but the Lord determines how they fall.

Should Christians still cast lots today?

I'll bet this is how the pope is selected. I don't think Christians should do this often as God gives us wisdom so we don't have to resort to divination.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

It is uncommon to have responsibilities but not also have accountability. If you have kids and fail to care for them that is neglect, you can't pass the buck except it be totally out of your control. Like if your child comes down with an illness. The fact that they became Ill doesnt mean you...

    One Spirit

Why do people fear the face of God? does looking on him actually cause death?

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

It is responsibility that marks someone as mature. People can live the party life and answer to no one, but this is a mark of immaturity because they are shirking responsibility.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

Perhaps this is what it means when the bible says referring to little children, that the kingdom of heaven belongs to those such as these. The world belongs to Jesus, we just live here. No one makes themselves an authority, to do whatever you want is submission to Satan. So you are ether...

    Divine anointing coming?

The Beatitudes Matthew 5:3, Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. The world would however say that there is virtue in being proud. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. The world would say to get back to work. Blessed are the gentle, for...

Have you ever participated in a prayer marathon?

Praying isn't going to change God. You should pray for what you want, but with the expectation that God is going to change you. Fasting is also a good idea, even if it is limited in some way.
