Praying for Maria and her son!

@lilygrace Praying for you sister!

Why do you believe that? Given that then what does this mean? "And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible." Mark 10:27

Consider first perhaps what we would call the type of shadow: Babies are born unable to feed themselves, converse in a language, to walk and, generally, to care for themselves. They need assistance and direction in order to grow learning to do all of these things, eventually depending on God...

Yes, we are not good, but what about Christ in us? "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:" Col 1:27 If Christ is leading us and we are faithfully following...? Do you see within each...

Amen! "Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ" I Cor 11:1 If Paul is missing Christ or I [Amadeus] and am missing Christ, do NOT follow us!

Even so... Who should we be following? Who should our Leader be? "And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him." Matt 4:19-20 Help us dear Lord!

"Where there is no vision, the people perish..." Prov. 29:18 "When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, LORD, will I seek.' Psalm 27:8

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." John 1:14 And then... "That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And...

Ask God to allow you see His vision, which is not dependent on men's elections, stolen or otherwise, to accomplish His purposes! God is looking at our hearts... rather than the logical consequences of men's brains at work all alone! "Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD...

Whose view of God's Truth [their theology?] is so perfect that they are able to always know who is right and who is wrong? Is this not why the final judgement of men is not accomplished by any man alone?

And sometimes your words are also God's Word, my friend. This would be true anytime you are in the Spirit and being led completely by the Spirit in what you are saying.

Amen... and did not Jesus include such people here as well? "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." Matt 5:6 Then again, what did the eunuch reading from Isaiah know of God? Why and how did he get that book? Why did God send Philip to him...

@TLHKAJ It would be a miracle for a person like the one you describe to get elected to such a high office and then to accomplish even some of her goals for God and God's people. But... God does do impossible things still today. I am praying with you on this...

One who is still seeking and growing in Christ would be, I believe, a part. People in churches are in a lot of different places with... or without God: Some are babies in Christ; some have been growing closer to God. How many are fully mature, whatever that is? How many are already really like...

Is not Acts 2:38 part of the scriptures, which when quickened are the Word of God? Do they love Jesus but loathe some parts of him? If you are a part and if am a part, can they hate us and while loving Jesus? Consider the Body of Christ? "For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot...

I do not... nor do I loathe Jesus, he being the Truth! He is also the Word of God, is he not? "And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God." Rev 19:13 "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth" John 17:17

Amen!

@user Pilate's question was, "What is truth?". But then what was the answer? All of those verses and words in the OP may be good, but what is the answer to the question? "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

But without the Holy Spirit quickening it within us, how would it be better than the devil quoting scripture? "And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest...
